  1. winner I had some more on deck, but I think I'll end on a good note.
  2. Ditto for Merge & Sub Pop Also, I have a hard time being compelled by someone whose default adjective is "retarded"
  3. Yeah, I read that some had the stickers switched, but not doubled. Does anyone know how many were pressed total?
  4. Anybody ever seen this with a double B-side sticker? Songs are right, they just f'ed the stickers.
  5. I think I would some monetary compensation.
  6. I guess now is as good a time as any to ask How the fuck do you post a picture?
  7. I am getting really close to announcing the re-release of 2 albums by one of the greatest punk bands on the planet. If you can guess the band, I will give you all 4 colors of our first pressing (2 colors for each album). Good luck!
  8. Step 1 (Monday) Step 2 (Thursday A.M.) ??? Step 3 (Thursday Noonish) :-/ Step 4 (Thursday Evening Time) Step 5 (Thursday Wee Hours) (After finding out it's not who I wanted) :'(
  9. Yeah, that's a little rich for me at the moment. Sorry, man.
  10. Because the plural of vinyl isnt vinyl. Its vinyl and at 21 someone should understand the fucking language they have been immersed in for their whole life. Kind of like knowing correct placement for apostrophes and punctuation and that the correct form for this sentence is "in which they have been immersed". Right? Someone needs to learn these folks how to talk English good.
  11. Wait, wait, wait! The guy's name is Don Gorske. Isn't that one of the superfans from SNL? DA Big Macs!
  12. I'm kinda on the fence about CK, too. Although, S,D, & CP is definitely his best. IV is II, and Killing Yourself To Live would be second if not for the interspersed emo-kid-diary parts throughout the book. Fargo Rock City is meh.
  13. Next Big Bang: After 40 years of planning and construction, the biggest science experiment in history is ready to be tested. The "Large Hadron Collider" is an experiment created by the greatest minds in physics. It cost $10 billion and its resulting data has the potential to explain why we and the Universe exist. Their idea is to smash protons towards one another at the speed of light, trying to mimic what happened in the milliseconds after The Big Bang. Viewers will go on an amazing journey involving the struggles to plan and build the LHC, how it was constructed and what are its mechanics. Explore the future of what's possible through the geniuses of today.
  14. Inform me. I have no doubt it's important, but even if we never ever found out, life would continue and no one would be better or worse off. I just think the money could be put to better use and without sounding like Bono, there are millions upon millions of people starving, diseased and in absolute poverty, needing help and we've just publicly unveiled a science experiment that cost more than their entire economy is worth. I'm not trying to debate the validity of social issues like feeding the needy, etc. I'm justy saying that if you want to nitpick where $5b should be spent, perhaps you should look at folks who aren't lending a massive benefit to humanity, like these scientists. Oil companies make enough money to fund a project like this every fiscal quarter. I think they are a bit more deserving of your criticism.
  15. I wouldn't go that far, man. All im saying is there are more pressing issues that could have been addressed with £5billion rather than using it to research the big bang. Sure what they're doing is interesting but i just fail to see the absolute necessity of it all. Do you really not understand the importance of knowing where the universe came from? It's up there with gravity and a round earth.
  16. The History Channel special on this was pretty f'ing facinating.
