  1. Thanks for the info, updated my post. Probably going for that 180 Grams even though shipping will be a beast.
  2. ## PRE-ORDER NOW ## HAVE A NICE LIFE'S DEATHCONSCIOUSNESS RE-ISSUE COMING 9/16 FROM THE FLENSER In 2008, Have A Nice Life released their now cult classic Deathconsciousness LP to a whimper and critical non-interest. Six years after its release, the band followed up with 2014's stunner The Unnatural World and Deathconsciousness became a force of influence and fanatic obsession. Seamlessly blending with unparalleled depth and weight, shoegaze, post punk, new wave, industrial and noise, the album was originally released on Enemies List Home Recordings (founded by HANL members Dan and Tim). It has since floated in and out of production, with the last instantly out-of-print vinyl pressing occurring in 2009. Now, longtime HANL collaborator The Flenser will re-issue Deathconsciousness with deluxe packaging, including a lengthy accompanying zine and colored vinyl. Have A Nice Life commented, “Working with Flenser lets us keep things comfortable on our end, while also pressing enough copies to actually meet the need and not creating an artificially-inflated collector’s market, as happened with some of our past releases.” The Flenser's reissue of Deathconsciousness will be accompanied by a 75-page booklet detailing the dark and forgotten history of the Antiochean cult. Blurring the lines between novella, liner notes, and academic text, the zine itself presents an engrossing narrative. Deathconsciousness is rhythmic, primal and expansive and is a cult-post-punk masterpiece; a mediation on death, loss and unrequited love. Deathconsciousness feels more fresh and engaging with every listen and has held up as a remarkable piece of art. Fans of Have A Nice Life exhibit both cultic thought and action for good reason. It is perhaps a fanbase as dark and mysterious as the Antiochean cult, the album itself revolves around. Now The Flenser is honored to rereleaseDeathconsciousness a gorgeous and disarming contribution to the modern lexicon for a larger audience. Pre-order Deathconsciousness on July 9th from The Flenser. 3. Just want this on vinyl so I can sit down, listen and cry for 45 minutes straight.
  4. Not digging the different formats, but the music rules and I'm going to wait for a proper LP. Repress of their first LP would be nice too.
  5. I never really bothered to check out all their splits and singles, but WITTMF rules and I'm beyond stoked for this. Plus they're awesome live.
  6. I second the Faraquet recommendation. Great record, very underrated.
  7. This is up for pre-order via http://repeaterrecords.bigcartel.com/product/funeral-diner-the-underdark-lp 500 copies and 128 backers - enough copies left for other folks I think. Maybe OP can change the title so this won't get buried.
  8. I got my 2nd press copy for 10€ + 10€ shipping on discogs not too long ago. Absolute steal, I know, but yeah sometimes you just have to sit and wait. Then again I paid 50$ with EU shipping for a OG press in "great condition" and it had dirt and dust particles pressed into the grooves so that it plays only with a lot of surface noise. That was a bad one.
  9. No Trigger - Canyoneer may not be a classic, but I need this being repressed. Like, really.
  10. this. There are so many other Level Plane gems that need a repress as well.
  11. I'm going to wait until sommer too. Hope this is going to some European distros but I highly doubt it.
  12. I'd never hang up a poster with lyrics on the back anyway. Especially not for this album.
  13. A lot of copies had lots of background noise throughout the record, barely playable, But Innovative Leisure was very cool about it and refunded everyone who wasn't satisfied with their product. Very cool dudes.

  15. I just got my copy and couldn't be more satisfied. Heavy 180g vinyl, slick looking, thick gatefold, anti-static inner sleeves, pins, stickers, colored poster with lyrics, cd, and the digital download in advance - this is one well done package and I'm happily giving Monotreme more of my money in the future.
  16. German amazon has it to, but sadly no additional information. Price is crazy as well, 47€ (65$).
