Does anyone actually want them to NOT repress Deja?

I had to do this for a local band once and ended up getting handed a small child mid-shoot (probably about the 4th time they were playing through the song). I'm pretty disappointed that they cut out that part of the video, I personally think it would have been a great shot of me looking horribly confused and uncomfortable. Shoots like that are a lot of fun though and if you don't know the song before hand...you'll definitely know every lyric by the end of the night.

Wasn't too sure where to post this, so I figured this thread would be a decent place to throw it. My mom's boyfriend is a huuuge audiophile and found out that I've been collecting records. He tried to school me a few times and I was able to hold my weight pretty well in the conversation, pretty much all thanks to being apart of these forums. Since I was able to talk about fluently about different turntables and record care, he decided that for Christmas/my birthday, he's going to help my mom go in on a decent table for me as well as some other odds and ends I don't currently have. High five to the VC boards for guaranteeing that my first turntable won't be a Crosley!

Everyone is an entrepreneur these days, everyone is looking for that one thing they can make extra bank on. I'm not saying that I agree with pricing or any of the shady things they've been doing. But I don't think they deserve all the slack they've been getting either. However, this is also the only release I've had to deal with them for so far and my experience has been relatively pleasant.

I don't believe you can use paypal. I went through their website a few times debating if I really wanted to drop those shipping fees on Fireworks-Gospel, but then it got a repress over here. Each time I made it to the check out before I chickened out, but I normally pay with paypal and couldn't find that option.

The black have a different SKU than the splatter ones.

Go figure all the black copies end up in my area, hahah. I'll definitely keep you posted on what happens! Thanks again.

Yup! I've actually been having a lot of issues with them lately, customer service never gets back to my e-mails and calling is never fun either, hahaha. I actually called my local store to see if they could replace it, every copy there is black as well? Not too sure how it happened! I'm still waiting on my shipping label to send it back as well, hopefully I don't have to make another call. Totally not your fault, just happy to own this in the end. The splatter is just too pretty to not be disappointed over a black copy.

Sorry to bring this thread back to life, but after taking weeks to fulfill my shipment...Hot Topic sent me a black one instead of the splatter. I have never had to explain the difference between the actual vinyl and the album jacket so many times before in my life. Luckily my replacement is on it's way and hopefully it turns out alright.

From what I've gathered they've been putting BNE up in batches. It's been sold out a few times and then a few more copies make their way online. For the most part though, it went very quickly. I'll probably just suffer the shipping charges on ordering them seperately, hopefully more coupon codes will be floating around to take the edge of the damage.

Do we think this is going to sell out quick or will I be able to pick it up with Panic! V&V drops? I hate paying shipping on all these releases seperately. Actually, I hate dealing with hottopic.com so much. My closest store is a hike and I don't get out there often. The struggle.

If they manage to get the jackets reprinted without the sticker and only send them out to those who received damaged jackets...all hell is about to break loose.

SRC is setting things right with people who received damaged jackets/sleeves. I know a lot of people had similar issues to mine, so I just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone who hasn't been e-mailed back yet.

From what I've gathered, Madie seems to have the best stories.

I didn't steam it persay, but I applied heat with not much luck. With patience you can easily get the sticker itself off...it's applying things to remove the residue that caused a bit of damage for me.

I hate waking up in the morning not only to realize I don't have all the rare vinylz but also that I clearly missed quite the show in here. If Zay actually goes around telling people he works for FBR, the music industry is going to tear him apart much more than we ever could. Consider this a reality check, kid. *insert Ain't It Fun right here*

I'm finally getting super into this season. Especially now that we know the connection with the red headed chick.
