  1. Both of the above comments will be taken into heavy consideration. I'll try to stretch more. Thanks for suggestions. It's just been way more consistent lately, like a light pain that slowly stays longer.
  2. I think I really just need to start lifting with my legs more, but some of these boxes are almost too awkward for that. I get the idea that they really need me here, but don't want to pay me as much when it's hard to find shit to do sometimes. Since I work for KU, they can have a lot of downtime on breaks. It's like, "hey we think you should cut down on hours, but here is this stupid work load that would actually take up more time." Eh fuck it. Any tips on lower back pains though? I think it has just as much to do with me sitting slouched over and everything, but anything to help would be awesome.
  3. My back is starting to hurt a little. I'm sure I could just pick up a heavy box and Bam... workers comp.
  4. At my office, it's that time of year for performance evaluations. They must think I slack a lot more than I do because they are starting to give me tasks that are taking too much of my time and then asking why it's not done yet. They also gave me this time sheet that I'm supposed to log all of my time into. That in itself is a huge waste of time. I know they are gonna ask, what about all this time right here, well what the fuck. Am I supposed to log time in whenever I go up stairs or check the fax or check email for assistance calls, and all that. I'm starting to hate this shit. Some of this is stuff I have been asking for help with for months. Then they come back later and ask why I'm not done yet? Getting a cabinet full of vhs and u-matic tapes labeled and inventoried over spring break is OK. Going to our huge storage unit across town and doing the same thing is in no way humanly possible. None of this makes any sense I'm sure. sorry for the rant.
  5. Yeah, being in a relationship, I could attach his words to my memories. I don't know what I would do if I was writing words like that in that context. So sorry.
  6. I was just telling my friend that I don't drink all day because it's St. Patty's day, I drink all day because on this one day it is exceptable; even among peers who would normally shun it.
  7. If you like NOFX and Screeching Weasel, you will like this Lawrence, KS local. www.myspace.com/thebubbleboys
  8. Those posters were sick. I could barely resist but I was already borrowing money as it was.
  9. I've got some German copy of Insomniac, but to tell the truth, it skips a lot. Maybe I'll get the reissue.
  10. I listened to so much Dead to Me and Alkaline Trio when I thought was gonna have to go to rehab.
  11. Picked up my ticket the other day. I will definitely be there. I wonder if they will have some of their new STWHA LP's.
  12. Sociological Imagination by C. Wright Mills. Fuckin' dense but intriguing. I had to push myself to get through it but was glad I did. Martian Chronicles - Bradbury, this book is by far my favorite. Master and Margarita - Bulgakov Freakonomics - Levitt
  13. Wait, is the bonus 7" with Kerplunk the Sweet Children 7"? I already have this but I am just curious. That would be interesting.
  14. Thanks, all. I will call Love Garden before I order it. I wonder if Love Garden still has that crate of 7"s for like a buck each? That was so awesome. It's been too long since I swung by that place.
  15. Well, it looks like Doghouse records has it. It took me a while to find it in their webstore. I don't really like how they have it set up.
  16. I pre ordered this from interpunk, I guess my card must have changed before they charged it so they never sent it. The notification went in with the junk mail. It is now sold out, they didn't even hold it for me. Anyone have an extra copy they would sell?
  17. I never saw those last few posts. I'll for sure consider it, but I'm owed a ton of money right now. It might be a fun release down the road, but so would about 100 others.
  18. I hate that too, but even then, it's still probably cheaper for me to use paypal than an online merchant service.
  19. Echoes of Harper's Ferry has some good lyrics, all posted on their myspace page.
  20. So good. He was hammered when I saw him here. He dropped a glass of beer.
  21. they are melted down for a future vinyl pressing. Oh man, I already mailed out the letterbomb. Glad the green copies sounded better, would have sucked if it was a stamp problem.
  22. IMO, the white copies should have been turned into notebooks, coasters, or bowls. I think that would have been better than destroying them.
