  1. Now that is infuriating. That's amazing that people will do that.
  2. Sorry I forgot to edit this thread, bit late on this but I saw Wonder Woman and it's the best DC film to date IMO. I also think it's one of the better superhero movies made so far.
  3. It's weird not being able to get a gold copy after being able to get every variant from the standard and deluxe versions. It's funny that people are judging how others collect on here, we get it that you don't like Blink-182, that's fine, not going to stop me from getting what I want from one of my favorite bands.
  4. And I thought the Clear variant of the original California was going to be my best find before we knew about the Gold Deluxe. I'll have every variant of California except for this one. RIP me.
  5. Dude that's amazing! Please put pictures of it up on Discogs
  6. This has been a busy month for me for buying. Panic at the Disco - A Fever You Can't Sweat Out (Hot Topic) Panic at the Disco - A Fever You Can't Sweat Out (standard black) Miley Cyrus - Bangerz (RSD exclusive pink vinyl) Box Car Racer - Box Car Racer (To The Stars exclusive, signed by Tom) Box Car Racer - Box Car Racer (standard black) Blink-182 - Greatest Hits (SRC deluxe) Blink-182 - California Deluxe (Transparent Yellow, Transparent Blue, Green, Pink, Pink/Black marble and Yellow/Black marble) Eminem - Curtain Call: The Hits The Strokes - Is This It? (standard black) Green Day - 21 Guns 7" single Goldfinger - Hang-Ups (SRC smoke Red/Black) Just went out and got a couple more. Metallica - Ride The Lightning (2016 repress) Guns 'n' Roses - Appetite for Destruction (2015 repress)
  7. I'll let you know when I get it. Should be here on Wednesday. Gotta love SRC's shipping speed lol. I live probably 6 hours away (at most) and it takes about a week for it to get here.
  8. In that case, I hope Hot Topic ships even more records in bags!
  9. This honestly sounds a lot like something written for California. Well, here's another reason why I don't want John Feldmann back to produce Blink's next album.
  10. I can safely say I enjoy all the songs, Bottom of the Ocean is a weird one, +44-esque but it's interesting. Good Old Days and Last Train Home are my favorites that we didn't hear from before release. My top 3 from Deluxe are probably Parking Lot, Wildfire and Misery.
  11. When I say I want a "chicken marinara melt" and they ask me if I want it toasted, I just shake my head in disappointment.
  12. According to mrtsurt on Instagram the Gold vinyl's have not been shipped out yet since they just got them today
  13. Geez, after trying to put my credit card in on my phone and on my PC it would keep changing to Master Card, which I don't have, right after I put in the first digit of my card number so I ended up having to use PayPal. At least I was able to get one!
  14. I don't think Travis or new Travis had control over when things went up. They were just told when they would.
  15. Listening to mine right now. So happy to finally own a copy of this album!
  16. Really impressed with this one, especially the guitars. I feel like Deluxe has better stuff on it than California. Can't wait to hear the rest soon!
  17. My order for AFYCSO just shipped. I'd expect Hot Topic to have their repress on their site any day now
  18. So my copy of the Waking The Fallen 2xPicture disc from 1-2-3-4 Go arrived and they gave me a couple free 7"'s, Thrice's "Sea Change" and Balance and Composure's "Slowheart". Very cool for them to send those.
  19. Not really related but it's cool to see another Blink fan from Albany on here! Did you do the gig poster for this show?
  20. "You can't honestly say any songs from the California era are good." I can and have. "It's 40 year old men singing about being "Kings of the Weekend" and writing songs like "Sober" and "She's Out of Her Mind."" That's funny, you pick two rather normal songs instead of complaining about two 40 year olds singining about building a pool to see naked dudes or saying that they can't get a girl more pregnant. Who reads into Blink lyrics so closely like it's Bob Dylan or some other master song writer? Plus don't mention songs like Misery, Cynical and San Diego when they all contain some rather serious lyrical context. Some stuff is serious and some isn't, that's not new for Blink. "Furthermore, the lyrics to Parking Lot make no fucking sense. " Do they need to make sense? The drum work on Parking Lot kicks ass and I think Skiba's vocals rocked that song. "All the songs are generic garbage that are incredibly predictable and have childishly writen lyrics." I'll refer you back to Misery, San Diego, 6/8, Los Angeles, Cynical and Bored to Death. I'd love to know what makes any song on California (other than the joke songs) "childish". "John Feldman's influence on them is destorying the band." That I don't disagree with. If John just let Mark, Travis and Matt do their thing we would've probably had a much different album but Feldy produced all the deluxe songs as well and so far it's got possibly the best stuff from California.
