Tried to buy two but it said there weren’t enough in stock. I got one. I assumed it was a 1 per person thing.

Looks like its sold out completely now, so maybe you got one of the last. Either way, I know Andy said the other day there was no limit per order, then this morn you could only add 2 max.

Most of the other pre-orders were either unlimited or 5 per I think.

Yeah, there were tentative plans - pre-Covid - for a 2020 release.  Or at least some steady updates that would suggest one would happen.  Haven't heard a peep since and would assume those plans were canned for the time being.  New album is supposed to be notably bright and upbeat, per Robin, so I'm pretty excited to hear it... whenever that may be.

100%. No question in my mind they have been my favorite band of the last decade+. I also heard the rumbles last year of them starting the process, so hopefully they pick up again soon. I'm awaiting another boxset as well...

"Shiver is the exciting and boundary pushing second record from LA-based Icelandic musician Jónsi, co-produced by A. G. Cook (PC Music, Charlie XCX) and comes a decade after his debut, Go, was released.
The new album features tracks with Liz Fraser (Cocteau Twins) and pop icon Robyn. It will be released 28th August 2020 and was recorded in Berlin, Reykjavik, London and Helsinki.

Not too long ago Jónsi was traveling through London, where he met up with iconoclastic producer A.G. Cook, who he admired for his boundary-breaking work with the PC music collective. He had no expectation for the meeting, but the more they talked, the more he realized they might be perfect collaborators. “I’ve been doing this for 30 years,” Jónsi says. “I get tired of everything really easily. I always want things to be fun and exciting and fresh, and doing another album...I just wanted to have a different approach.”

Jónsi had made a career on sweeping music that plumbed the depths of the human experience and our connection to the natural world. Cook’s production exists at the opposite end of the spectrum: synthetic, sometimes abrasive, and often on the cutting edge of experimental-ism. On paper, their collaboration is surprising, but Shiver is a beautiful record that pushes Jónsi’s otherworldly voice into startling new territories."

The released tracks sound wonderful so far. 47ppd shipped to the US for the deluxe.

    No pressing info.

Hopefully they update it for PS5 for free for owners and not charge a full game for it. It feels very next gen already. Only played for 2 hours last night but loving it.

I'm honestly a huge scaredycat when it comes to horror/thriller/survival games/movies lol  I've told my wife she needs to be in the room with me the whole time I play it. Took me enough courage to get through all of the Half Life games back in the day :P

I really like them but still don't own any of their physical media. Ordering from AC30 on everything would easily blown like $250?

Their first presses are very sought after and expensive everywhere but you can easily find second hand represses on everything at discogs if you don't want insane shipping. (to the US that is)

  6. Had a lot more time recently, so I've been trying to catch up on a lot of games I've neglected.

Last year I finally finished Horizon Zero Dawn, it became one of my favorite games ever.

Just finished Jedi Fallen Order 100% a few weeks ago; really liked the game but there were some aspects that just sucked the fun right out of it, and ended up just not having the best experience overall. Still a great story and wonderful visuals and level design.

Currently playing through both The Last Guardian, and AC Origins; really enjoying TLG, its getting very emotional!

Origins is ok so far, but after playing Witcher 3 and Horizon ZD, Origins is just extremely subpar comparably. Hopefully Odyssey is better when I get to it next.
