Why are we arguing about colors?

Recently, I've noticed that when I'm listening to vinyl, on most of my records, my subwoofer is putting out mostly surface noise and just a hum of the bass that's on the album, and you can only hear these if you're kneeling next to it. Most of the bass is coming though my other speakers. I know it's not a problem with my sub because when I'm listening to CD's, or anything else, through my system, the sub sounds fine. Right now, I have a Pro-ject debut carbon with a 2m Red, and a Yamaha RX-930 receiver, which has a built in pre-amp. I don't think it's a very good pre-amp, and I think I could solve my problem by buying a new external one. Would this solve my problem? And if yes, what is my best bet for a good, affordable pre-amp?

Asked my favorite store to hold Prawn and Death Grips. Said he had one copy of prawn and it was mine, and he hadn't got any copies of Government plates yet, but he thought he'd get some eventually, and I'd have a copy. Woke up late to a call from my friend that none of the 5 stores in our town got a single copy of Death Grips. Shot out of bed to drive 20 minutes to the only other record store in my county (Record Connection. Huge 3 room store, get's boat loads of RSD stuff). Got the last copy in the store (they only got two copies initially) I got one of two copies of Government Plates in my county

Did anybody who ordered during the first run end up getting their order cancelled? I deleted the email, so I can't check to see if mine went through.

We only have one strictly vegan restaurant in my town, but because I live in a pretty artsy/hip area, most of the restaurants offer vegan/vegetarian options. Most of which are within walking distance of the 5 record stores we have in Lancaster. I love my town. Also glad someone brought up Taco Bell. I'm not vegan, even though I eat vegan whenever I can. Taco Bell seems to be the only fast food restaurant that I can REALLY eat a full meal at. That place is the bomb.
