Good point. Whenever I'm drinking, I'm always extra aware of my surroundings because I don't want to get taken advantage of. I was hanging with a guy friend and he tried to put his arm around me and I bit his hand really hard! There was a bit of blood but that's his own fault becuase I told him to back off. Much later, and with a different guy, the same thing happened only I did like this guy so I only bit him a little on the arm. We ended up dating so he wasn't too mad. But seriously, I don't like being hit on when I'm drunk. These stories only show why I'm still single. Lol. I'll see if I can think of more vanilla stories to share.

Scott pilgrim has popped up several times since RSD. Where is all this extra stock coming from? I looked on bullmoose again and it has it available in their physical stores. If I had know this, I wouldn't have stressed so much about taking a 3 hour work lunch on RSD.

I've read the whole thread and the only conclusion I can make is that I'm very vanilla

Whenever I start talking to a guy, we always swap mix CDs so I can see their taste in music. I've only met one guy who had the same taste in music and the bastard had a girlfriend so it never went anywhere. And access to records that aren't mine sounds aaaaaaaaaamazing!!!!!!

My friends have zero interest in vinyl but they will also ask what I've bought recently and I appreciate them for it. Sometimes I get too excited and I can see their eyes glaze over, so I try and keep things to a minimum.

I haven't hurt my back but I dislocated my knee last week. I could barely walk and driving a car was painful. So I can kind of imagine how much worse it is to have your back out

My last boyfriend was a mess. He liked me then he didn't, then he liked me until he didn't. It went on or 2 years until I just cut him out of my life. The good thing is that he's the person who got me into vinyl. Bought me my first 2 records. Bad thing is he bought me a crosley. But it's the thought that counts! He was also an asshole and wouldn't listen to any of the records I bought. I think it would be cool to date a guy who would listen to records with me. Ah! And go to the record store together. That would be fun! I also knit him some cool beanies and he threw them all away during one of our breaks. Give that shit back if you don't want it!

Trailers are important!! My friends have learned to look at me after each trailer and we do either the "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" after each trailer. It's important that my friends and I are on the same page with our movies.

This is why I hide in my room and watch tv alone. It's not because I'm a loser.....

I somehow lucked out and found a copy of this a week after RSD. It was hidden in a glass box with the guitars. I'm so glad that everyone is saying how awesome it sounds!! Makes me feel more comfortable with the price.

I received my coraline today!! The packaging is exquisite! I ended up with the black copy but one side looks like a giant black button so that made me squeal. ☺️

I spent $129 for a 5 lp box set and that made me cringe. But I'll eat peanut butter sandwiches for the next month to make up for it.
