He brought in stuff from his 2 other locations and had about 3 rows when I left. I was the first to see it so I don't know what will be left. I did get the last of a few of them, the Dresden dolls, paranorman, the zombies, man man and the wizard of oz. BUT there was another death cab when I left! When I left Saturday afternoon 3 hours before they closed, they had Gambino, pink panther, joy division, flaming lips, LCD soundsystem, aaaand I can't really remember what else. It was closed yesterday so I don't think there would be much of a difference in stock.

When I listen to a record I pay attention and enjoy the music. When I listen to music on my computer, it becomes background noise.

Three hours away isn't too bad. I think as long as you don't crush them then they should be fine. I'm moving from oklahoma to England in about a year and I'm planning on spending a ton of money on just packing them but they are going looooong distance. You should be fine though.

I'm upgrading from my shitty crosley. I've completely stopped using it after I found out how shitty it is. I want the pro-ject debut carbon but I'm moving to England at the end of next year (currently live in the US). I know our outlets are different and I don't want to use a converter. Does anyone know if the adapter is switchable? I know we operate on different volt levels and I don't want to fry anything. Or will I just need to buy a completely new turntable once I move? I would hate to spend $400 for a turntable I wont be able to use in the future. thanks!

Gotye. It was pretty straightforward. But when I bought my first colored vinyl I was so confused why it was bubblegum pink instead of black. I had no clue it came in different colors.
