i was without. Bit of a bummer, but i have no problem giving them a few extra bucks for the bandcamp DL.

As a unrelated aside, i was just in Kansas City for work. Wasn't able to get out and about too much,  but I really dug the WWI Memorial/Museum.

oh yeah! that's a really rad place. They just got their accreditation last year as being the only Nationally recognized memorial.

Hit me up if you're ever in town again and need advice on any spots to hit while you're around!

yep, as far as I know, that's the one they're referencing.

related, I'm also debating asking the wife if we should spring to go to Nashville for NYE with John Prine, Jason Isbell and Kacey at the Opry.

  3. Didn't see any discussion about this - Sick of it All celebrating 30 years with a rad looking retrospective package (book, 10" EP of new tracks and a CD)

When the Smoke Clears (Ltd. Deluxe black 10Inch+CD Artbook)

    Release Date: November 18, 2016

2016 marks the 30 year anniversary of the legendary New York Hardcore band SICK OF IT ALL.

Much has already been said and written about the legendary New York Hardcore outfit SICK OF IT ALL. Instead of reciting the same stories and facts, the band set out to take fans on a literal look back at the last 30 years of SICK OF IT ALL and invited some friends to do the talking - including personal liner notes from people such as Davey Havok (AFI), Dennis Lyxzén (Refused), Chuck Ragan (Hot Water Music), Arthur Smilios (Gorilla Biscuits) and Matt Kelly (Dropkick Murphys). In order to properly celebrate this special occasion SICK OF IT ALL recorded five brand new tracks in their unique and classic old school style, to package along with rare photo archives as well as iconic shots from their past and present, compiled for a strictly limited, luxurious 60 page coffee table Artbook that is wrapped in fake leather. Needless to say lyrics for all songs are included as well.

Wondering if Popestar is the Reaktor pressing on tour? Also any opening bands?

The opener in Kansas City is 'Carpenter Brut' - I haven't had a chance to look into what they're about

Also, those merch prices! Yikes! I forgot they up the prices a bit - I left the last show of their's empty handed for the same reason

I'm at the show and merch prices are ludicrous. $40 for a t-shirt

    $30 for Popestar on wax

    $30 for Meliora+Popestar on wax

    (that wasn't a typo)

  5. This place - http://www.missionrepair.com/ - replaced the battery on my 80G iPod Classic for $25 it's been working great ever since - it's local to me, but they do offer a mail in service.

also, I have a few friends that have had good experience with - http://www.iresq.com/ - again, a local place but reputable people who I trust back it, they also offer a mail in service. (i think their turnaround is pretty quick)

there's also a place called C.P.R. - I think they're nationwide - but, when I called for pricing, they seemed a bit more than other places. http://www.cellphonerepair.com/

    good luck!

one day, I will walk into a record store and a used copy of Out of Time will just be sitting there untouched for under $50.00

it's totally possible. I walked into one of my usual haunts one day and Out of Time was sitting there at an incredibly low price. I can't remember what I paid, but it was under $20. Shortly there after, I stumbled across a copy of Monster for $30.

  9. Word, thanks guys - I figured that it would be a rad time, wanted to get a couple opinions. I'm going to SmackDown earlier the same week - full week, but should be pretty fun.

I went to the first out of Florida show they did at the Arnold last year, it was pretty awesome.

SOOOOOO much fun! They've run in Cleveland three times in the past year and each time it's been a blast. Highly recommended.

  10. Didn't try — the show is Friday night and the wife and I will be in Austin until Saturday. Besides, I didn't want to push it with three wrestling events, plus I just saw NXT in Cleveland last month and I've always wanted to go to a Raw after Mania. It's gonna be bonkers!

How are the NXT live events? they announced one about 3 hours away from me - I love the TV product, but wondering if a 6 hour car trip is worth it.

  11. Still too much. He's going to miss WM because of this nonsense - and they know it's bullshit because they immediately reduced it.

Anyway, Carmella was quite impressive in the main event. Hopefully we'll see her and Enzo & Cass on the main roster soon. New Day needs new opponents.

Holy shit, the promos between the New Day and Enzo & Cass would be amazing!
