No. Triple Crown actually has an active running list of who the biggest Brand New fans are and ships them out by your level of fandom when the product is added to the store. For instance, I am a really big fan so I received mine on Monday even though YOU told me about it after you ordered. So obviously you are less of a fan than me. I hope this helps everyone understand why you don't have yours yet: You aren't a big enough fan.

Maybe, but I had 53 in my cart (to check quantity) and then I dumped them to find none were available. So either the system is slow to catch up or it works on the basis that an item leaves the storefront when checked out. Either way most people are getting a chance and that makes me happy.
