I don't doubt your losses but everything I've always been told (by people who know what's up) is to have something in your stomach, even if it's just an energy/protein bar. working out in the morning before you eat also speeds up your metabolism considerably, so when you do eat soon after, your body burns it instead of having that food sit in your stomach undigested while you work out

Saturday I'm seeing Have Heart by myself, which I really don't mind at all. It tends to be a little awkward for me before the show starts, waiting outside and stuff.. but once the show starts everythings fine..

So, since I won't be home from school for a while, I figured I'd try to go through the record label, which I guess is Warner Bros as far as contacting anyone? But the site says any return has to be by mail with a note describing the defect and takes about 6 weeks to get the issue resolved. Does this sound right, or should contact someone else other than Warner Bros? The fact that I can't find my receipt from Hot Topic pretty much eliminates me going back there I guess.

I'll try to bring it back to the store next time I'm home, since I'm up at school now. The only problem is that I can't find the receipt, I hope its at home, but if its not I guess going back to the store won't help me too much. And if that doesn't work I guess I'll try getting in touch with the label. thanks guys
