  1. Duuuuuuuude some peeps gonna be on the ole choppin block over this kinda blunder. I mean whats the total pressing count for all US variants combined?
  2. UK Euro Pink Press FTW!! Now if it could get here faster from Deutschland! Also really bummed for everyone who got the US Pressings. That's a bummer for sure
  3. IMPO - I'd shell out the extra $$. I have the VMP Pressing and the MOFI Black pressing and they sound amazing (used same plates if I remember correctly). Not sure if these reissues will be using them as well. But I do know this, those MOFI presses sound like heaven
  4. I honestly don't remember seeing where it said. I think in November though.
  5. Any will do. Preferably the one with original art. But would take any
  6. Been trying to complete my Swellers collection for a while now. Only needing a copy of My Everest to do so. So if anyone has a copy they're willing to part with lemme know. Preciate it peeps!
  7. Fucking 2016! What a time to be alive! NJ's album blew my head off and then ETID goes and picks up my brains and sets it on fire. The mix is just so huge. And as a drummer I really love when the drums sound like that. IMO my favorite album since Big Dirty which is my fav. When the ending of The Coin Has A Say comes in I get chills every time. Every. Time. Everrrrrryyyyyy.....Tiiiimmmmmme...
  8. So they'll be crap right considering it's Universal? Really would like a copy Maladroit
  9. In regards to sound quality : Finally got around to spinning FUTCT. Sounds ok. 1st couple songs of each side had no incredibly audible distortion. The final tracks on each side were different story. Sugar is pretty horrible honestly. Also I'm playing this on Orbit Plus with Ortofon OM5E hooked up to my Denon receiver and 5 channel + power sub surround sound. Have the tone defeat on and the Treble cranked up fairly high and bass dropped jus a bit. Listening @ -21dB it's not quite unlistenable. But it definitely is quiet an drums lack dynamics. All in all, not worth the $27, but thought I'd check it out jus to c.
  10. I agree. In reality though, Adam was never able to sound like the studio version of anything live IMO. So maybe everything they'd done so far had a little "studio vocal magic" and this album he and the band decided to just record what he really sounds like. Kinda reminds me of a crossbreed of Gaslight Anthem and TBS. There's still a few 2-3 vocalist bridges that are reminiscent of TBS. But overall agree with your statement
  11. @Dave Grohl you ever get a chance to get any further details on this? Been 2+ months now and starting to wonder if this and S/T are getting released for RSD Black Friday possibly???
  12. Yea ur right. I gave it a good listen for first time in a while and I was impressed.
  13. Got it. Gave it listen, was pretty neat hearing it that way. Anything with full band is great.
  14. Didnt know one existed?? Live only? Idk why I never got into Act III either. Just not the same theatrical emotion in my opinion
  15. That was literally my exact reasoning. Post Act V vs. Pre Act V. Bcuz, like you said, Act IV makes more sense now with its darker companion Act V. And I'm same with Act I. I remember hearing about Casey leaving TREOS after BTHATS album and was disappointed. But then a friend of mine showed me this new band he downloaded on his Zune player (lol) and I was hooked as well. Freaking loved Battesimo Del Fuoco. Still a Top 5 song for me of their discography. And I definitely nerded out a bit when I saw that Act V had the two songs titled with Battesimo's lyrics : "The Flame (Is Gone)" & "The Fire (Remains)"
