  2. Son of a bitch! Thanks, guys. I just wanted to know what to expect. Bummed that there are no prints/posters, though. More to spend on shirts and vinyl, I guess.
  3. It's finally hitting Florida this weekend. What kind of Revival Tour merch are they selling? Revival Tour posters/prints? Revival Tour shirts? Revival Tour Snuggies? I would just like to have some idea of how much cash to bring. I'm thinking I'll probably drop $100 at the merch table. Thanks!

  5. I've shot a video of Tim performing "Prosser's Gabriel" at The Fest. Additionally, I also shot video of other Suburban Home artists that night at Market Street Pub. 3 from The Takers 1 Ninja Gun 2 Drag The River (although I haven't uploaded them yet - soon) Check 'em out: http://www.youtube.com/baseballhotdog These are not pro videos - I just used my handheld Kodak camera, but I think they look pretty decent.
  6. Nope, I'm probably 2nd place - I just turned 39. awesome.. i guess i'm in 2nd place.
  7. I've had December 12th circled on my calendar for the Gainesville show for a while. Great lineup; in addition to Austin and Mike, Whiskey & Co. and Me And The Devil are also playing. Yeah, I would kill to see them do a house show, too, but I'm not complaining - as long as I get to see 'em.
  8. No Idea has it now. Kinda pricey - $20 for a single LP, but totally worth it. I have both color variations because I love it so much.
  9. Totally agree with you - No Idea should open a small store. Hyde & Zeke's is kinda meh - they sometimes have a few nice finds, but they don't carry much new stuff at all. Too bad - because it's in my neighborhood. I usually stop in Wayward Council once a month or so - not a huge selection, but I usually find something I like and buy. We totally need a real record store here.
  10. Yesterday I received the Chuck Ragan Gold Country clear w/ gold splatter from VC. It is beautiful!
  11. I ordered this, too, but I wasn't expecting it yet. I remember reading that these would be expected in mid-November.

  14. I'm with Ryan - I was unaware of the Common Grounds hating. Suppose you could say I am a regular there. I know most of the staff there and in the past 5 years that I have been attending shows there, I've never had a problem there. I suppose it's different during The Fest. Actually, I did not set foot inside there this year, since every time I tried to get in, the line was past Five Star. As far as the show at the Rion Ballroom, yes, it was far away from everything else. I actually overheard Jonathan from The Swellers talking about how he did not even know where the place was and I gave him some very simple, yet concise directions. I ran into him again late Saturday night at Market Street and he thanked me for those directions saying he texted/tweeted them to everyone he know so they could find it. The Swellers even used their van as a shuttle - picked people up at Mother's Pub and gave them rides to campus.
  15. These covers are nice. I picked up one from Matt at Sound Study's table at The Fest. Buy it!
  16. New BLUE/GREY HALF & HALF split-colored vinyl is here! This color is exclusive to No Idea! Thanks again Chuck & Jill! http://www.noidearecords.com/display/?search=ragan
  17. I actually like this better than the gold I was expecting. I was thinking it would be similar to Austin Lucas' SOMEBODY LOVES YOU. Don't get me wrong - I love the record, but it's not my favorite vinyl color. This is nice. Are these shipping soon? Looking forward to receiving it.
  18. Frank Turner / Tim Barry | Split 7" 1 Black 1 Blue 1 Pink
  19. I picked up a copy of this at the No Idea parking lot sale on Saturday.
  20. Thanks, yep - I knew that. I was just sayin'.
