  2. I'm jealous of you guys who are seeing this tour. I wish this tour was coming down to Florida, but then again, I've seen them twice this year (free show in Gainesville in March and in May in St. Petersburg, so I guess I shouldn't be bitching.

  4. Hmmm.....this works out well. These were not available at Magic Bullet's site. The black was 'tour only' and the light green was listed as available at 'indie record stores only", so this makes tracking them down a lot easier. Gotta keep my Austin Lucas collection complete!
  5. I just received my white copy from HT (shipped in an enormous box) yesterday. I just placed the order last Tuesday maybe. Looks like I got one of the last copies- maybe the last actually. I tried getting 2 copies, but it would only allow me to get 1 copy.
  6. There's a copy on ebay now from a German seller. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270456058253&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:US:1123#ht_500wt_975
  7. I'm just glad a buddy hooked me up with a splatter copy that he bought for me when Frank did the tour back a couple of months ago. Great collection.
  8. I saw open for The Weakerthans, too. Good stuff! Fat Possum had an August deal. Most of their vinyl was $10, including both AA Bondy's releases.
  9. Wow! I did not know about this Magnolia Electric Co 7"! Longtime Magnolia Electric/Songs: Ohia/Jason Molina fan here! Definitely picking this up!
  10. Hit up Vinyl Fever in Tampa over the weekend; The Avett Brothers "Slight Figure Of Speech" 7" Chuck Ragan/Brian Fallon "Gospel Songs" 7" BLACK Reigning Sound "Love And Curses" LP
  11. Got my CD/picture disc today...only 1 copy of the picture disc, though......
  12. Since I discovered VC and signed up right after The Fest last year, I've spent just over $400 here.
  13. I really want this record, but didn't want to spend the big bucks ordering it from overseas and not sure if it will easily be available in the States. I just sent an email to my pal, Todd Beene, who is touring playing pedal steel with Chuck in Europe right now. He also is in the great band Glossary and has played with Lucero. I asked him if he would pick me up a copy and send it to me when he got back to the States at the end of the month. He got back to me right away and said he'd absolutely do it.....SO STOKED!
  14. In Gainesville for the Suburban Home Tour, Jon Gaunt joined Austin with his fiddle for a few songs, including "Sun Or Snow". Awesome! Sun or Snow is one of my favorite Austin Songs. Everytime I see him I always yell for him to play it....and he usually does........and it rules!
  15. I've known Jana for a couple of years. She's a great gal and an awesome photographer. She sure does love her some Drag The River. Many of the photographs included in the 'Bad At Breaking Up' CD were taken by her. I was talking to her last week and she is very stoked about coming out to Suburban Home's 14th Birthday Weekend.
  16. I'm happy about this, but not the fact that these will probably go up at 2 PM VC time, which is 4 PM my time. I will be travelling and will not have access to order a copy. My Austin Lucas collection is almost complete, so I don't want to miss out. I hope they last a few hours at least. They look awesome, by the way!
  17. Damn, the copies that Interpunk went quick! I really hope Virgil gets some of these. Of course, Florida is where the Revival Tour ends and I bet most of the vinyl they bring will be long gone by then.
  18. Wish that tour would come to the States! As a consolation, Chris Wollard is on the bill tonight for The Takers tour kick-off show benefit at The Atlantic here in Gainesville. It's also cool that Jeffrey from Ninja Gun will be the drummer for The Ship Thieves. He's a great guy. He sings and plays guitar in his side band Trailer Of Tears, too.
  19. Chuck Ragan / Brian Fallon | Gospel Songs (Brown) Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band | The Whole Fam Damily ( Clear Orange)
