It's really too bad that they didn't just do the newly released Deluxe Edition taken directly from the film and approved by John Powell.  If you haven't heard it yet, it's basically complete and is remixed and sounds much better and includes a lot stuff missing on the original like the end credits...oh well, missed opportunity though

That is indeed unfortunate. Probably the reason why i won't go for it. Mondo did the complete Mando Season 1 soundtrack box, would have been amazing if they would have done this for solo as well (and the others), but one can still dream

There was a story on Drew's Instagram a month or two back that had like 30-45 seconds of what was believed to be a new song. I liked what little I heard!

Bummed that this was delayed, but whatever. I'm already waitin' to hear a new album and I can just listen to my recently unearthed CD in my car.

Yes i think i heard that as well back then, if i remember right i think i wasn't that blown away but i'm personally not a fan of snippets anyway :D the songs are always different in the end

I still think it's hilarious what the band posted on their official social media accounts at the end of 2018:

    1. dredg box set/scrap book release

    2. dredg yard sale

    3. dredg records a new record

    4. dredg tours all of your favorite cities

and none of it happened in the 2 years since then 🤣 maybe an album partially recorded but not even for sure

  4. This will be delayed 2 months:

    Hello Fellow Dredg Supporter,

We hope you are doing well and staying safe during these times. We wanted to extend our gratitude for your support with the preorder for our limited Live at the Fillmore double vinyl and poster. While the posters have been completed for quite some time, we’re in a bit of a traffic jam at the vinyl duplication company. It seems as though the entire industry is slammed with new vinyl orders, likely stemming from the downtime of touring from the pandemic. We’re being told another 2 months or so for the vinyl records to complete. We apologize for the inconvenience, and sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience. We’ll send another note out when orders are ready to ship. Looking forward to seeing you on the road when channels open up.

    All the Best,

    Dredg

It’s comical how poorly this whole Vinyl Club has gone.

I'm not a member of their vinyl club but it's baffling to me how it can go that way when you have you're own fucking vinyl press, literally. All of the new Metallica records are pressed on their own press. They have always been on the forefront when it comes to stuff like fanclub things with the fan cans back in the day etc. It's a bummer this didn't work out as planned.

Cover would have been great. Guessing it's logistically much easier (and cheaper) to have artists sign separate, lightweight art prints - especially when it's a huge quantity like 3,000.

Yep that def makes sense. As i understand it, the red vinyl will have the insert signed, and not a print but i could be wrong. "Our records will also contain a signed insert". So my guess would be that the prints from the blue copies stay at /2000 and we may get the insert of the record signed, who knows. I'm so happy right now though that the album itself is incredible, this band has not had a misstep yet.

I don't see anything mentioning a signed print on there? The EU/UK/DE stores all simultaneously (for me) removed the references about an hour ago.

Ooff you're right, sorry. I thought you meant the blue one in general, the prints have sold out as well here as it seems. So then the blue are not /2000 but just the prints?

Who exactly is signing these?  Robin?  Are there other members at this point?

Good question, my guess would be all of them. Robin wrote online that they are currently working on 9 new tracks (for the first time ever writing something together) which they plan to release next year. So since they are together right now my guess would be that all of them can sign them. But it would be an swesome thing no matter what, really nice thing to do after that mix up.
