Where did you get this info? Did they email you an update?

I wonder how this works. I'm assuming they won't press anymore than the original 1000 to make this "back in stock". Are they just pre-selling the stock they're holding back in case of returns from damaged shipments of the original sale?

I'm looking for one of the white label promo versions as well if anyone wants to trade/sell theirs.

Here's hoping. I've actually been looking forward to this one ever since it was announced. I'm down for anything Damien Chazelle puts out. I'm not typically into musicals, but I've listened to this soundtrack a bit and really like it.

La La Land OST signed by Justin Hurwitz. Listing says limited to 75 copies, and still available. I'm halfway expecting my order to get cancelled though, because I don't think there's anyway these are actually still available. HAZE XXL had the limited colored vinyl for Stag in Austin tonight. It looked like he was only selling about 50, so I wouldn't be surprised if the rest are released to the public soon. Just a heads up if you're into the Melvins.

I wouldn't claim to know them personally, but I was at one of their soundchecks in Feb and I was chatting with them when they were done. They're really nice dudes. We talked a good 5-10 minutes. I brought up the possibility of a repress and what was destroyed in Katrina.

Yep it's my fault it costs $75. I honestly told them I'd buy a repress in any packaging. I've just wanted those tunes on wax for years.

I talked to Paul and Darren about this earlier this year and they laughed at that rumor. They said the only thing they lost in Katrina was the original art. They actually asked me that night if I'd buy a repress with different cover art lol. Side note: They also said that Roy had the most copies of the first press out of any of the band members and joked that all the copies on eBay/Discogs are his haha.

I thought I read somewhere that it was due to a lawsuit with the photographer of the back of the original jacket. I remember something about them not wanting their concept being replicated, which delayed the release of the standard version. I haven't seen a copy of the new standard release, but I've heard the back of the jacket features a different image. Plus, I don't think they've started pressing anything at their in-house plant. This was pressed at United if I'm not mistaken.

I saw Paul's tweet about it being the Teleprompt version, but where are you seeing the price? $75 is a lot better than $250-400, but does seem kinda steep...

Been waiting for this one! Have 1st pressings of all their other albums, but couldn't shell out the cash for this one. Hoping these last more than a couple seconds so I can actually get one.

PM'd last night.

Despite getting an email from their customer support this morning saying my LP missed the initial shipment, I got mine in the mail today. Love the jacket design, and so far the discs sound great. Unfortunately, they didn't pack the jacket very well in the mailer. I get that they're a small staff shipping out of their studio, but it's disappointing to spend that much on shipping and then it arrive with a big crease running from the spine through a portion of the front cover. Will probably wait a few days and let their customer service team deal with the records that haven't shipped yet and then contact them about replacing my jacket.

Did you ever get a shipping notice, or did it just show up? Glad yours arrived safely!

So I'm assuming yours didn't show up today then? Mine didn't either. I've got my fingers crossed for tomorrow!
