  1. I probably have about 25-30 tapes for sale on here. Mostly classic rock, a few hip-hop. Fairly cheap. https://www.discogs.com/seller/MyckelJay/profile?page=1
  2. I hope so! I don't visit there often, but I'm always looking for reasons to come back
  3. This is a cool idea, man. Good luck with it! I wish I was local so I could check it out myself.
  4. That's such a shame. I was watching some music videos from it last night and nearly every single person in the comments said that this was their favorite Chiodos album. Ya know what though, EVR gets vinyl pressed all the time. I'm sure that if enough people show interest in it they'd give it a limited pressing. If I knew how to start a petition, I would.
  5. Tell Bolmer we need this on vinyl. I don't know if he actually has any say in this, but it'd be great to see it get pressed.
  6. Good deal. I may actually order the magazine in addition to this. I'd like to have it anyways.
  7. Thanks! I actually made this on my iPhone. The app is called "Phonto." It's a little confusing when you use it for the first time, but you'll get the hang of it pretty easily.
  8. I realize this is an old post. But when I bring a packaged tape to the post office, they charge me about $13.50 to ship it overseas. If I do it through PayPal though, it costs me around $12.20.
  9. Yeah, I checked last night. I must have been mistaking it for another magazine. It costs $7.50 shipped. Not bad at all. I wish I would've known that earlier. It's alright though; I actually like the $15 artwork better. It's still dumb that they'd put it on a Flexi for that price though.
  10. "Hawthorne Heights Explains It All" is pretty sweet. I listen to it while I study for my college tests. The band (Hawthorne Heights) just talks about tour life, sports, politics, funny stories, vacations, songwriting, memories, upcoming releases, etc. It's really interesting if you're a fan of the band. "Lead Singer Syndrome" is pretty cool too. It's Shane Told's (singer of Silverstein) podcast. He brings on vocalists from like bands and interviews them and talks about tour life and such. It's another good listen if he's interviewing someone from a band you're in to.
  11. Just listened to "Viridian." I actually really like it a lot.
  12. I don't think I'll ever grow out of my pop-punk/ metal core/ post-hardcore phase The reason I back these guys harder than others is just because they're local. It's cool seeing locals making it. A Day To Remember, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Mayday Parade, Shinedown, etc. It's just cool.
  13. I have two little crate holder thingies (not sure what to call them?) that I made for my 7-inches. I just throw band/ label stickers on those. They give them character.
  14. Ditto. Have fun bumping The Weekend and Nicki Minaj.
  15. I guess it just depends what scene of music you involve yourself in. For example, nobody shoves pop-stars in my face because I don't surround myself with that kind of music and I don't follow any outlets that cover them in the news. I heard about this because I follow Warner Music Group on Twitter. I didn't look for it, yet I saw it.
  16. You're not wrong. But I wouldn't say they write "shallow" music. Most of their songs convey some sort of meaning. I'm not a huge fan of this new sound, but I'd still rather hear this play on the radio than that poppy bullshit that gets played in retail stores and restaurants.
  17. I picked up the retail variant today. I'm really digging this album. Silverstein never seems to disappoint.
  18. I wish I could get one of these magazines in the US without paying stupid shipping prices. I just ordered the regular Flexi. I agree. $15 for a Flexi is ridiculous. I still bought it, but a 7" would've been much, much better. Also, $6 for media mail shipping? What?
  19. It's definitely different. A little poppy for my liking, but I'll stick around and see how the other singles will sound. If you say so? I'd be stoked if I was in a band with a good following. But everyone here hates success, I guess. Damn sellouts.
  20. Just kidding. I just found someone selling one yesterday. I got it for $11 shipped. A little more than I wanted to pay, but that's okay.
  21. With nearly 1 million monthly listeners and their song (being dropped less than a day ago) already being chosen to represent Team USA in the upcoming Olympics, yeah, people actually care about this band. Welcome to Vinyl Collective, where everyone wants to start something in order to feel validation. If you're not interested, why click on the post? This is here to inform anyone who may be interested and was previously unaware; not to shit on other people's taste in music.
