Never really understood the point of collecting every variant. It's not like one color is going to be different from the next. Not to mention that it siphons money from going towards records that I don't own and would like to listen to. To me, variant collectors are just flippers in denial.

Loved this record, but everything about the first press of this was so flimsy. Did you make any upgrades to the second press?

So excited about getting to pick this up... let alone on clear! I've had this in my saved searches on eBay for so long. They always go for more than I'm willing to pay, so this was absolutely perfect.

I got banned from absolutepunk for dissent in regards to what he's been doing with this release. It's pretty ridiculous.

This sounds like an identical situation that I had with the user "toz4362." He said he wanted to buy my record, disappeared for a month, and then randomly showed up claiming he still wanted it and then disappeared again. Frustrating.

When I picked it up on the Paramore/RK/fun. tour they were selling it for either 20 or 25 (I forget exactly). The D side is etched.

HOLY CRAP! It's not even a good song. I could barely listen to it when he was performing it last night. Talk about wanting something purely for nostalgia. I'm pretty sure that you don't know what nostalgia means.

Not to mention that he charged $30 for A SINGLE LP. That is what blows my mind. I'm curious to see what happens once it hits July 1st. He assured everyone that they would be out in June because, "he has the best people on the job." Dude is a chump.

I feel that if the buyer pays promptly, the seller should return the courtesy, and ship promptly. If you're not going to send it out in a reasonable amount of time, why put it up to sell to begin with?

He won't. He seems to pay for his BIN stuff, because it forces you to pay to complete the transaction. With auctions he'll bid and then never pay. Don't expect him to return any emails either.

Delightfully Pleased was the only LP pressed so far, and their only 7" is their split with Over It, which I'm sure you could get for super cheap (99 cents) from TDR Records (which also comes with an autographed poster. I do the saved searches on ebay too. That is such a brilliant feature.

It's not necessarily for ebay, but when I'm searching the web in general for records I usually use the search string: "artist name" + "album name" + vinyl OR lp If the name and title are more than one word each, make sure to keep the quotes. Also, remember to capitalize the word OR. If not, google will disregard the the word since it's such a broad word. The OR is there to say that your search needs to have the word 'vinyl' or 'lp' contained in it someplace. (the plus sings are also necessary. just in case you were wondering about those.) I recently picked up a copy of the Bad Books record (which is OOP and going for $30+ on ebay) using this method from some small-town record store website. You just gotta do some digging.

Yes, I'm bumping an old thread. I just managed to get my hands on a copy of the transparent orange variant of this. Those of you who have this record, did yours come with an insert with liner notes, etc? Mine didn't and it seemed kind of odd to me.
