The show was...well...call me the curmudgeon but bad. Originally it was supposed to start at 8pm, then 9:00pm, then 9:30, the man took the stage at 10:15....then there was a 20 minute intermission in the middle of it... The crowd...was strange...my buddy and I were the only ones in a band t-shirt...everybody else was wearing rasta woolen caps even though they didn't have dreads...which just makes you look like you're wearing a smurf hat backwards. It wasn't anything like seeing Steve Vai or Felix Martin...and I think that's because of the recorded music. I'll keep buying the music, but I'm not going to attend another show. Oh yeah, the squillion cell phones in front of me at all times...lovely.

That's what I saw... CS for $15..pass...no shirts...art, pot pipes, and leather materials.

I'm seeing him tomorrow, so if I remember, I'll tell you about seeing him and if there's a stack of vinyl on the merch booth.

I just bought the US Garage Inc today...after cashing in gift cards and ebay bucks...it was $25. Done.

I'm thinking I'll just wait for Garage Inc....but what about Live Shit? Will we get a vinyl edition there?

I reviewed that one last week.... Such a great record. But I also absolutely love Halo of Flies....so there you go.

1. Who gives a shit? Me, as it's my money. 2. Deathcore is fine for 3 to 4 minutes at a time. 3. Same with Grindcore. 4. Same with Metalcore. Those core sub genres, they aren't anything I'd want to listen to for more than a song or two. I thought the same thing about when I saw The Black Dhalia Murder open for King MF Diamond back, back in the way back. Heaviest =/= BEST....or even good. Bingo. Add some solos, change up the vocals a bit...and I'm a giant fan of Suicide Silence...

It's the Deathcore part... If they dropped the core and added metal...they'd probably be one of my favorite bands to be honest with you...they were 88% of the way there as it was.

I'll admit... and I'm not a big fan...I nearly put in my credit card number there.... $17 shipped is a fine value.

It's more metal to not care about the card. Also... I don't think I'll be acquiring Number of the Beast as I prefer the live albums.
