Well, hell. That’s discouraging. Did you contact their customer service?
I do plan to! Been juggling quite a few projects but this should be a no-brainer re-ship
-
My webstore copy arrived with jacket splits on the top and half the bottom, and the records are far from flat.

My thank u, next pre-order finally shipped today!

Thanks, grabbed!

Gotta love They Live, and the artwork/packaging is great - but I cued up the expanded score on Spotify and couldn't imagine myself ever really spinning it.
I'm expecting/hoping for them to do a 35th anniversary Repo Man release this year tho

Did anyone catch the photo that he posted yesterday on instagram (and then was deleted) of an alternative cover for Prisoner. It was a Pear Bowl. Similar to the Apple Bowl alternative art that was sold through Barnes & Noble.
EDIT: Not Prisoner, I meant Big Colors. Sorry guys, it's early.

Do these charge at the time of order, or time of shipping?

Pre-orders are up but the pricing on the clear is pretty ridiculous.

You can PO from U2.com for $34.99 apiece, no difference in color

No Line on the Horizon reissue has a 2/22 street date

holy shit finally

damnit i wasn't gonna buy any more records this month

Got the deluxe Batman. First Mondo purchase.

I've got one of these for sale if anyone wants it. Been seeking out an original as a "white whale" for a long time and would just prefer to keep doing that vs. keeping this pressing which - full disclosure - I do not think is as stellar as I'd like Silent Alarm to sound.
-
I just picked up this repress of Silent Alarm and would prefer to keep seeking out an original - call it buyer's remorse or whatever you'd like, but I've got a copy to unload and I'm just looking to make my money back on it.
$50 PPD, which covers what I paid for it plus the shipping. I spent $40 plus tax on the wax, and figure this'll cost 3 or 4 bucks to ship.
It's in NM condition as I only played it once. The corners of the jackets look like they have SLIGHT wear from the shop, but not bent. The insert has a small crease in the middle of it, which is just unfortunately the way it came out of the jacket.
call it in the air

Yeah, they teased the artwork ages ago.
Also really holding out for Night of the Living Dead. Was hoping they'd announce this week given the 50th anniversary, but doesn't look like it.
I mean I figure they've got to at least announce Beetlejuice by the end of the month to coincide with Halloween, and release it by the end of the year to coincide with the anniversary...Just getting impatient!
-
They've gotta be announcing Beetlejuice soon, right?

No problem. Looks like they go on sale at noon central time today. Good luck.
Got one of these!

Not much is known about this release yet, other than its CD form is up for pre-order at Amazon:
And the vinyl edition will likely be a 2LP "Best Of" edition.]
Official release date looks to be October 19.

Best to cash in on an earlier press before the possible 20th Anniversary repress is in the Amazon thread for $11, I get it
-
Also if you want From the Ground Up's audio, I believe I do have it if you never got your hands on it. Great accompaniment to U22.

U22 is great! It's a cool souvenir because I was at the show where they recorded Zooropa and it was the best U2 show I've seen. Kicking myself for not subscribing to get From the Ground Up.
Likewise, I was at the Chicago show for "Stay" and its the best U2 show I've seen to date. Great to have a memory preserved from that night.
You could do 22 songs from the Vertigo Tour and end up with a stellar compilation:
Spoiler1. City of Blinding Lights
2. Vertigo
3. Elevation
4. The Electric Co
5. An Cat Dubh / Into the Heart
6. Gloria
7. Beautiful Day
8. Miracle Drug
9. Sometimes You Can't Make it On Your Own
10. Love and Peace or Else
11. Sunday Bloody Sunday
12. Bullet the Blue Sky
13. Pride (In the Name of Love)
14. Where the Streets Have No Name
15. One
16. Zoo Station
17. The Fly
18. Mysterious Ways
19. Original of the Species
20. Fast Cars
21. Bad
22. 40

I'm well aware of all the live stuff they've already recorded, but so much of it is rehashed for future releases. Fan club gifts have been audio rips of the Vertigo Chicago, Elevation Slane, and PopMart Mexico shows instead of a different, previously-unavailable show.
I'm just saying even if they were going to release a ZooTV show on vinyl, it would be cool to get the DC show, or even a stellar European show like Wembley or the Milan show. I'm not going to complain about any U2 shows getting pressed to vinyl, but getting the same one in a new format isn't as exciting to me as them finding another gem and remastering it.
What they did with U22 and From the Ground Up was perfect and I wish they would release a compilation like that for every tour. It would be perfect and could include all the rotational / rare songs from each leg all on one release.

Any good pics floating around of the ANOES vinyl?
I feel like I'm gonna end up paying half the price of Box of Souls just for the fuckin' first one
