hey guys, I’m exploring the possibility of adding a second, wax mage version of 25-30 copies since the original batch is coming from the same plant.

Thanks for trying to clarify - I was thinking about writing them too.
Especially with all this pricing nonsense from Psilowave.
I managed to snag the last copy that has been available a few days ago - before another batch went up - and asked why this last copy has been up for a higher price. The answer: That was my last copy and I debated whether or not to keep myself a copy, in the end I put it up for sale, hence the slightly higher price, which to be fair was still a good price compared to what they will be changing hands for in the future.
Didn't know what to think of that back then and surely don't know what to think about it know since more copies are purchasable...
Maybe you can ask Simon about that, I don't use Instagram...

Lol, so I excitedly explained getting the blue copy in from Amazon and the ordeal of not knowing which color, etc to my fiance, and she just looks at me and goes:
"So, you just got another copy of something you already own?"

You're doing a charity project for an institution called RAINN but would be allowing something like "suck a duck, butch" to be engraved on the vinyl.
Wow, like really? Do you even understand what you'd be doing there? Putting it right in the face of RAINN. Here's your money and a real copy for you with a special message. Enjoy.
If this should turn out true then I'll be definitely cancelling my purchase - and I hope a lot of other people would feel offended, too.
Don't get me wrong - I definitely don't want to spoil any fun of this project. But this would just be more than offensive - not only regarding RAINN.
Just think about it for a moment and please let me know asap.

If it's true that the synths at the end has been cut for the vinyl master, then please bring some back to the locked groove at least for these 1.8 seconds. 

I knew about that page but I continued to update my post anyway, I think during the initial rush that page didn't have every release but it's been beefed up since then.  It looks good.

But yes, I do understand your decision pretty well.

There's probably no wrong choice here. I'm sure we could put out a version and it would sell, but we just didn't think it really fit our mantra over here at Sly. 
There's sooo many different options already (and counting) for this release. We'll be putting our limited funds into pressing something else. 
This one looks like it's covered. :-P

Would've loved to buy one from you guys - especially if cool ideas are involved.

@phramenma - I'm not involved in any of these pressings. We chatted about it briefly at SlyVinyl, but ultimately decided against putting out yet another variant of this. 
We had some cool ideas to make a unique version from the rest, but I think we'll be putting our eggs in other baskets for the time being. 

I’m trying to include a bonus as well, hopefully a print of some sort but don’t want to say too much yet.
the VC variant will be worth it, I promise.

after a lot of back and forth, it looks like the VC pressing will (hopefully ) be a numbered mystery variant (similar to the recent hazy mountains release by @EHughes527) meaning each record will be a surprise hand-poured variant and no two will be alike, pricing will be $21.99
