Also at their merch table tonight in Montreal: a DVD and two weird cassettes. Also, the version they were selling of Two Snakes tonight was the Greek version. I nabbed one - I will likely trade it for something as I already have the LP version. Fuck, Fucked Up were good tonight. I think I could liken it to watching Minor Threat or Black Flag back in the day.

Picked this up today at a store called Phonopolis: Dead Meadow - Feathers 2x12" and ordered these the other day from VC: Melvins - (A) Senile Animal 4x12" (no idea what colour) Murder City Devils - In Name and Blood and will probably buy something tonight at the Fucked Up show. Man, I love Montreal.

It's funny - I really don't see much point in collecting 7"'s personally. But I'll probably pick up one of these (or three). They look rather stunning. And the new album - Chemistry of Common Life - has totally grown on me. Probably some of their best stuff yet.

Are those Breeders albums going to be hard to get in the future? Meaning are they quite limited?

Here's a question for y'all... Would you recommend a pre-amp even if your system already has one built-in? The rationale is that adding a good pre-amp would add to the sound, especially if the built-in pre-amp isn't that great. Is this true? Or does it simply amount to spending lots of money on something that most people wouldn't notice anyway?

Just moved to Montreal. Picked up Wolfmother 2x12" today, still sealed for a very decent price. Score!
