  1. i've been super busy lately. so i'll get back to you all soon. sorry for the delay and thanks for the help yea...bethlehem, pa
  2. really? i'm a big fan. by that i mean, i never heard something i didn't like to some extent. never bought a cd but i randomly saw him open for dashboard about 6 years ago and he was pretty entertaining. She goes above and beyond her call of duty. She is a slut but X thinks it's sexy. Sex reminds her of eating spaghetti. I am wasted but I'm ready. o yea...he is on that petra haden benefit too - i just paid for my ebay copy.
  3. Don't be breaking Herp Alpert records man, those are awesome. DUDE!!!! I have a small Herp ALpert collection! only about 6 lps i think. once i upload my pics i'll show it off. for me Ben is right...i love just looking through the records i have. my collection is small. i started "collecting" not long after i got into "punk". and i've only ever bought bands i was really into and truly loved. all those records...all the ones you bust your chops to track down make it worth it. how many people do you know have passion for collecting cds? yea theyre sure hard to come buy... i actually tried explaining why the sound is better to my friend at work the other day. i think the slight fuzz or whatever you want to call it makes it feel alive. you don't feel like it's so over produced. it feels like something much more intimate that us music junkies appreciate. it's like i told a lady at work...i'm like a heroin junkie when it comes to music - always searching around for the next fix. it feels soooo good.
  4. i have yet to book a hotel but id like to get a place close to you guys so we can party that awful state out all night
  5. haha i <3 clerks 2...and of course all kevin smith movies. dante-randal dialogue is just some of the best ever written. my old eastern religions prof was a buddhist and a lot of people bugged him about meditation. from his prospective, he suggested that you honestly needed a teacher to help guide you or you could land yourself in some serious mental trouble. i can't say if he's right or wrong but i can tell you he was the best prof i ever had teaching the best class i ever had. so then why did i become an accountant in light of it? fuck if i know

  15. i admit it...2 and 1/2 men is hilarious. i hated it at first...but i gave in pushing daisies was really good for the episodes i saw of it. kinda quirky so i doubt it'll last long on a big network but def one of the best i've been in a long time honestly...i just want the last season of "the shield" to start
  16. that's really awesome...so are you looking forward to the next AM! release? or dreading it slightly?
  17. well i get the irony...but wow that's sad to destroy a nice piece of vinyl by an awesome band
  18. can someone going to that show get me one of the show copies? i'll definitely compensate you for your troubles!
  19. saw shai hulud once at cafe metro in wilkes barre, pa back in 03. they played with with honor and since by man. it sold out and was PACKED. i stood right on the side of the stage. it was back when geert was doing vocals. a day or two later my hardcore band played and show...let me say...talk about inspiration to pour it all out in a live show. i never saw anything like it and may not ever again. just flat out amazing
  20. back in the day when coheed was just an opening act for breaking pangaea, my friend and i used to talk to josh. had a lot of funny convos with that guy. he was fucked up alot...he gave me the nick name eroc (e-rock) because he was gonna guest list us for a future show. too bad i had to take sats that day or some shit. also used to talk to fred from brody/bp/tbs/tcf quite a bit. one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. he told me and my friend how he loved when they'd come to wilkes barre and know we would always be at the show.
  21. In terms of selling potential, totally. Dude's from Taking Back Sunday. or press breaking panagea...i don't care what anyone says: best thing fred has done musically. way awesome guy too...
  22. Just won a 4 band- 2 7" split... Weezer, Phantom Planet, AM Radio, and Ben Kweller benefit album for Petra Haden from 2003. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130187117555 I'm super stoked at the price tag of $2.78 plus shipping. Anyone know any press info on this or any info period? I know about Petra and all but didn't know about this album
  23. shatterglass...it's a pretty nasty 4 track recording, but i can't help but look fondly on those times and my first musical experiences. the first track has always been one of my favorites - tonight we escape rocked my socks off. that zolof track was unreleased at the time.
