I can't respect a band that needs to justify itself to people who don't like them. They should release an album that they are proud of, simple as that.

I would too. I saw them play the day before they got those - pretty bummed I missed out on buying it from the band.

I could see that. Makes sense, I listen to plenty of bands for the instruments haha. Did anyone else have such low expectations for The Suburbs that it actually sounds good? I'm confused by how enjoyable the album is even though they've continued to change away from funeral / neon bible.

But... Wake Up isn't even their best song? I wish they still played smaller places that were GA, instead of having to wake up at 8am and pay $50 + ticketmaster fees to get into a huge pit. Or $30 for 3rd-level seats. I guess they have to get back the assload of money they spent on the suburbs, though. and Avenged Sevenfold is huge. Not surprised too much, even though I never got what everyone liked about them.

Red is probably my favorite color to have vinyl on. Beyond that, it might as well just be black. But yeah, hopefully they still have Dust for the Philadelphia show. I'd go to the one in Pittsburgh too but I miss the 21+ mark by a bit. Buzzard will be awesome though, I certainly have high expectations

If you're around a computer, just put your max bid in w/ two seconds left. It's not hard to figure out. And yeah, it's always frustrating when something gets bid up way high before the last hour (like that ctts / pg 99 test press... sigh)

vinyljunkie has been great the three or so times I ordered from there. Barsuk Records has some awesome stuff that ships fast (or on time for pre-orders) and has deals sometimes. Like someone mentioned before, Amazon sent me a CD instead of the vinyl. I was pretty pissed but they fixed it really quickly without much effort on my part.

Just got the package an hour ago. I'm hoping that since it was still open red wasn't sold out...

Wow, very informative haha. Thanks a ton. I think Buzzard pre-orders go up on Monday, so I'm definitely getting that and hopefully they will set aside a few Dust of Retreats like that says. So pumped.

Anyone know what's going on with this? I haven't seen any preorders or anything go up and have been trying to keep an eye out for about a month.

Hi, I found myself in debt all of a sudden, mostly due to overspending on vinyl. I would like to keep all of these, but if I can't afford food and gas I might not be alive long enough to thoroughly enjoy them. So I'm selling some vinyl to get back money for bread, milk, and poptarts! If I bought anything from you recently, I probably won't end up selling what I got but if I do it'd probably be for less. I apologize. Anyway, I have some nice stuff. My list is in my sig, feel free to ask about the condition of anything or make an offer! Most things I'll sell haven't been listened to or have seen very limited play; if I've spun an album a lot I'll tell you but those are the ones I probably wouldn't sell. If we work something out today (Sunday), it'll go out tomorrow around lunch, otherwise everything will ship the morning after I get a payment. Thanks for picking up a copy! The Brown/white mix is out of 200. The second press was supposed to be 200 clear and 300 brown/white but the pressing plant only made 200 of the brown/white. So i guess it's more limited now. I was asking because it's only brown. Unless those faint streaks are the white part, haha. I picked it up before I got the email from TSR, but the other color they had was clear so I guess it was the brown/white.

Yeah, that was about two weeks before me haha. It was pretty awesome, played most of Catch For Us the Foxes and Bullet To Binary (asked Aaron for Silencer but he said no). Hoping to be able to see them again.
