  1. Here's 50 for 30ppd: http://cgi.ebay.com/Lot-of-50-45-RPM-Records-Rock-Roll-Jukebox-Hits_W0QQitemZ290212674288QQihZ019QQcategoryZ46503QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem That seller has loads more for sale for the same price. This is a sweet idea, btw.
  2. Jerry on yellow from VC Willie on blue from Musicstack
  3. Safeway is also a driver's ed place. Also, bread is good.
  4. I Am Hollywood was one of the 5X vote-getters + Virgil has ability to press Tooth & Nail stuff = Win?
  5. Battles - Mirrored It took maybe 10 listens of the whole album for me to get into it.
  6. Found it! The Secret Society of Lathe Trolls Not a terribly active site, but there are some cool projects: Laserdiscs, CDs, and offset Plexiglass folders
  7. Well, there's Vinyl Collective. Also, depending on what you're into, Insound has a decent selection. As for stores, look up record stores in your yellow pages. Also, saying vinyl makes the baby Jesus cry.
  8. I stumbled upon a sweet message board for people with record lathes once, and people had some sick home-cut records. Lots of cut Laserdiscs, crazy Plexiglass shapes, I think I saw a Frisbee maybe, cool stuff. Of course, I didn't bookmark it, and now I can't find it.
  9. Dammit, I was just at the grocery store, I get back and see this thread. neeed wafflesss
  10. Got this at a record sale for 50 cents. It felt super thick, so I took it out of the sleeve and HOLY SHIT A GIANT CD And from what my roommates tell me, the science department here still uses laserdiscs for presentations as well.
  11. I'm on my 3rd 30 gig since august. It's my fault, though - both times I dropped it off my bunk while the hard drive was spinning. Just took it to the Apple store with my receipt and the guy opened a big drawer of 5G ipods just for people like me and switched them out. Otherwise, I had a 3rd generation for about 3 years, and it worked great til the end.
  12. DING! took em long enough. Freaked me out, though, I went to check out and the record was gone for some reason. But when I did it again, it was fine.
  13. Dude, if you're using a Mac (which you seem to be) find the Firefox plug in called Reload Every, it'll reload pages automatically on a schedule. Meh, it's not like it'll sell out in a few minutes. I'm just refreshing every time i die in GTA (every thirty seconds). Also, while Firefox>Internet Explorer, Safari>Firefox. In my opinion.
  14. For real. I have no classes today, so it's just me, Apple-R, and Grand Theft Auto until this thing goes up.
