Am I wrong to have thought that these sorts of things were already built into the price? I mean, Mondo's releases are, for the most part, usually more expensive than comparable releases by other labels by at least $5-10.

Still trying to figure out why/how it costs $7 to ship one record or one tape or one DVD via media mail.

Pretty sure I'm the only person here looking forward getting the new Night Feeder tape today haha

So, what's the point of the 7" when there's more than enough room on the three LPs to fit the seven extra minutes of audio?

The packaging is nice, but after listening to a bit of it, I know I'll never listen to the Army of Darkness score more than once. Maybe if it was cheaper. Definitely going to get the next Bleeding Skull VHS release that Mondo is putting out on Friday, though.

The WNUF LP is pretty great if you've seen/liked the movie. I'm pretty excited for the label, though, because it seems like he's only going to focus on really weird and obscure stuff. I own a couple of Waxworks and Mondo records but a big majority of the releases just seem pretty lame to me (see: 6LP Back to the Future box set).

The new Titus Andronicus album came in one of those big trifold book sleeves... also 3LP and with a poster and only cost something like $30. Just sayin'.

The 3LP box of Kamasi Washington's The Epic cost half as much and has twice as much music as this.

It's a die-cut sleeve.

Got my preorder yesterday. The poster is just a silkscreened 12"x12" print of that influences map that Bradford made, but it's a pretty nice package overall.

Wish I could get excited for Back to the Future. The first two are two of my favorite movies but the music is just something that I'd never want to listen to on its own. I can't even think of anything from the score from the second one that isn't just like recycled cues from the first?

Yeah, what else were you guys expecting from Spacelab9? To be fair, I kind of totally forgot that Fallout 3 actually had a score.

Wait, why are they spreading an 80 minute score over three LPs?

The 7" has the GNR logo on it, so it'll probably have a couple of licensed tracks on it.
