I'm in Chicago, over near the lake by the Loyola main campus. Yeah, the Norridge area is kinda weird. Rolling Stones is good if you're looking for a cd or two (especially the weekend before they're actually out, like was the case with Social D and the new PATD), but other than that... Meh. I sued to find good stuff there all the time. Rolling Stones had good rare shit back in like the early to mid part of the last decade but since then have become a haven for pretty much only mainstream stuff. Hell of a porn DVD collection though! lol I swear I don't know that any of that stuff ever sells!

You know it just hit me that it's possible that gohastings is just slangin' second hand whites from Hot Topic. It would make sense that they're only making a couple bucks extra just to get their name out there and they really don't specify but of course I'm holding out hope that they're black.

i was going to leave a comment on the order but there wasn't one. one Katy Perry LP came in a big bubble mailer. it wasn't pretty. the other that got double ordered thanks to their awesome site came inbetween 2 pieces of makeshift cardboard. it was in a little better shape. i'm hoping for anything cardboard holding this record. i'm sure it's already going to be flimsy as hell in that case. good luck to you all. let's all get this goddamn record! I feel you. I got either Isis Wavering Radiant from them through amazon marketplace in a box far too big with no padding that got damage to the cover and I bitched. They sent me some automated return message. Didn't go for that though since I just wanted the record. I'm thinking the email I sent them will suffice. I should hear back from them within 48 hours supposedly. Just email [email protected]. Its the same address that sends you your order confirmation. Can't hurt to try.

I sent them an email requesting that they ship this in a standard LP mailer with cardboard pads on each side. You're spending the money, you might was well request it.

I dunno why any HT stores are holding these, they were never told to hold them til any specific date, there wasnt even really a street date for these. Yeah I just remember seeing them face down on the floor behind the register after I tried buying my W&T. Looked like they just pulled them. I went today and got W&T and the chic ended up giving me the 20% off since your boss wrote them after I left and said it was cool to put them out on Saturday. Oh, haha. Didn't catch that. My mail order copies came nearly perfect.

My girlfriend just noticed the same thing at the mall she works at. Did a giant record nerd boner crushing machine get ahold of all of these?! Well, the deal with my post was that the HT I was at put the records out before they were supposed to on accident so they had to pull them back but today I went and the Glassjaw was back on the shelf but the MM's weren't there. Don't know if they're coming out later or if they all got sold.

That's fine. As long as ATF stays nicely at 5/17, that'll be more than enough to tide me over til then. I'm pre-ordered at two stores for it anyway.

Seriously! Im wondering if I should have done more than 2K. I think between the black and the white copies there should be plenty to go around tho. Put in an order for another 1K black? They're guaranteed to sell. I really thought that these numbers were a bit too low when this was first announced.

Honestly, I felt that CD wasn't very bassy in comparison to albums by Deftones being played on my same car system. I just don't think they went heavy on the bass for W&T to begin with but it still sounds awesome!

I'm about to try out my white copy that I just picked up!
