Generally speaking the answer is "no." The jackets are almost always identical (they just insert different vinyl), so if it's a sealed record and it doesn't have any sticker on it (indicating something special about it), you're not going to be able to tell the difference.

It's a pullover and that's a picture of the back, there is no print on the front but does have the standard pouch pocket.

oh, I also have an Against Me! hoodie I bought on a 05 or 06 tour. It's was worn pretty frequently in 06 or 07 but has sat in a closet since. I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10, some fading but the print is in good shape.

All sizes are large and contain no stains, rips, holes or cracks in print. Nice, I love the old show flyers. I have a stack of them I saved from the mid 90's local punk scene in PA. Maybe I'll scan some in. Never thought about them being worth anything though.
