i always photograph my shit on the turntable. if i want a good shot of the record itself i will turn off the motor while it's playing so i can get a still shot with the needle on, other than that i close the lid and take pictures of the cover ontop of the lid, with the record spinning behind it.

they must have gone to shit with their new location. they used to be located in deep ellum in a really small store, and tim used to work there all the time. i thought it was neat to buy records directly from him, and he would always move the record shelves and let bands play in the corner of the store.

i've really been enjoying this. haven't spent this much time on instagram in over a year.

i hope this record is good. i wasn't very impressed by their last two.

if anyone here follows the white trash network on vine, you might have seen a few cameos from me, lately. we've been hanging out and drinking way too much.

my compilation choice was slim pickins. i only own 2, as far as vinyl is concerned.

just got the src pressings of their first two albums, which completes my 12" collection, so i'm hunting these down now. mood ring 7", and the civic split 7". i'd prefer to trade, but if we can work out something i can afford, i can probably buy.

i'd rather listen to ICP than circa survive any day.

yea, this. i wasn't expecting anyone to be like 'OH MY GOD I LOVE ICP', but i'm there are some folk on here that would be interested to finally own some of their early stuff on wax, like i am. also, i don't think dog beats being on cd really discredits the rest of these from possibly being vinyl, but then again, the mellon collie CD reissue was this size, and yea, cds.

yea i've been meaning to pick up riddle box for a while, but i have no interest for anything after milenko, honestly. if this isn't on vinyl, i'm not going to bother with it, but if it is, i would buy it for coc, ringmaster, riddle box, and milenko alone.

heh. thumbs down for sharing information. i keep forgetting people younger than me frequent this page. i was a huge fan of these guys in the mid 90s. coc - milenko would be great to have. it also would have been rad if they included beverly kills, terror wheel, and tunnel of love.

woah, i used to have this on cassette when i was a kid. i loved this album. might have to pick one of these up.

they really cater to the collectors market with their variants and alternate covers and stuff. i can understand people who are into that sort of thing to really fall for a band like this. i own the bullshit 7", and their debut 12", but just first presses of each. i don't get into all that variant nonsense, i just want something to listen to.

Bills Records and Tapes, if its still open. i've given that man a lot of my money. edit: oh, you're home, nevermind. dallas honestly has some great shops if you know where to go. good records is a great shop. i haven't been to their new location, but i saw cursive play at their old store back around the time domestica came out.

she has been violent to me in the past. and had me falsely arrested more than once when arguments she started escalated, and i was "winning" said arguments, as in telling the police i was beating her when i wasn't, etc. just so she could 'win' said arguments. she's never apologized for anything like that either, during all the time we shared together. she's pulled knives on me in the past, etc. but i've accepted her instabilities. i'm not at all oblivious that she's put me through a lot, i just love her regardless. i don't want you guys to think i'm blind or stupid or ignoring any of the things you say. i'm well aware of whats been going on, but that doesn't change all the years we've had together, and our 3 children. the past few days have been good tho. i've been distracting myself with house work, etc. like i said. dunno how much longer this can be a positive distraction, but it's working for now.
