I'm relatively new to vinyl, so I'm trying to build up my library. I'd most likely rather have 3 new albums than splurge on one.

Why don't you just not bash the thread? Copies of these don't turn up very often, and I'm sure it's worth 200 to someone out there. Just chill out and let him sell it

With open headphones, you'll obviously leak more sound, and they won't have as impactful bass. But you will gain a broadened soundstage.

I've heard great things about the SR60s as introductory audiophile cans, so I'd think that the SR80s are quite nice.

What a shame, that's an amazing album.
