can someone please explain to me IR vs IR+ etc? I have one DTD player and 2 OUT players. Why can I only put one of the players in the IR+? I thought the whole point was you could save a good player without having to give up such a roster spot.

You're really pushing it. "you're beautiful' is a compliment to the person you're speaking to. "you're way more beautiful than my last girlfriend" is insulting your last girlfriend, and really suggests that you'd be quick to insult the current girl once you've moved on from her.
