  1. is the non-rsd version going to have that lame die cut cover too?
  2. anyone know if downloads of the singles are included with the Barsuk preorder? I haven't received any. and they repressed the full lengths from the boxset, but not Chords or the EPs. wonder if they will do that, or try to keep those more rare.
  3. Also, pumped to get this. Only album I've been missing from my Thursday collection. And glad the money is going to Geoff.
  4. I don't think there is new album art? It says in the description that there's a die cut sleeve. I think that's over the original cover.
  5. i dig all of the latin style jams in Dexter. hope this soundtrack has more of that than the mall metal songs used in the last season lol. /obligatory Dexter should have ended after season four statement
  6. my blue copy skipped on my ATLP60, but when i upgraded to a Pro-ject all sound quality issues seemed to disappear. sounds great now. i'm still in for the repress. die cut will be sick on this album. such a wacky cover
  7. this comes out today! link to vinyl: http://www.merchconnectioninc.com/collections/trioscapes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRmSqTrrc88
  8. anyone that went to the Asbury show, did UN play? heard Geoff was in the hospital that day.
  9. You won't regret it. They're one of my favorite bands right now. Their live studio youtube videos are great. I'd suggest "Tell Your Friends" as a good start off album.
  10. Some jazz I've been getting into, for those who need recommendations: Snarky Puppy : great modern jazz/funk/etc fusion. No vinyl yet, but I heard a box set is supposed to be released sometime this year. Check out their YouTube vids for now. Pat Methaney: insane jazz guitarist, rarely accompanied by horns. Chick Corea: my dad just got me into him. Great jazz pianist, used to play along side bassist Stanley Clark who is just as impressive. I'm really digging his album, Light as a Feather. I've really fallen in love with jazz over the past year or two. The most impressive genre of music in my opinion. Improvisation adds a fresh element and is probably the most organic energy found in music.
  11. mine has the lyric sheet, but didn't come with an autographed postcard or is numbered at all...
  12. glad i caught this before it sold out. kinda prefer red for this album anyways. also, didn't know until today that victory was pressing this...
