There should be an updated body count but the killer shouldn't even be mentioned and get the media out of that town so they can grieve and work through it all on their own.

Yeah I'm just trying to find speakers that are solid bookshelves and also part of a 5.1 set. All the new 5.1 sets are small and expensive, at least the ones i've seen

I literally CANNOT emphasize how good exercise is for stress management/blowing off steam. Not only does it take your mind off of the anger but exercise has a positive effect on you physiologically due to the chemicals it releases. Also, you're redirecting the energy to something that is beneficial and you will look and feel better.
