Anyone else excited that Korg put out a new rackmount tuner? I've had it preordered for 3 months and it's finally on its way! I'll post pics when it's here!

I've done the online membership twice and if you're into one new post every....two/three months then be my guest. The only things they ever post that's member only is like "Tom has a new kids book here's a picture of it before anyone else can see it!". It's the worst. Of the two times I've done it, I've never once seen them do one of the live chats either.

Yeah I just run it direct into superior drummer...it'd sound better playing drums on trashcans then those presets haha.

Anyone know a good electronic drumset that's relatively cheap that will work well for recording it into superior drummer / steven slate drums? I borrowed my buddies yamaha kit and the kick puts in two hits everytime and when I hit the snare it will sometimes set of the cymbals.

Yamaha AS500 and Wharfedale Diamond 10.1's.

I got one and I'm pretty happy with it so far. Is it worth $130? No. Does it get rid of static? Yeah, but not completely. Does it "improve" bass frequencies? No. Does it look cool? Yes. The main thing I wanted it for was to get rid of the static issue i've always had on my turntable, and it did get rid of a lot of it. It is super nice not having to use the slipmat. This thing sure looks cool when you put a colored record on it though!

You can give them a call in the morning tomorrow and ask them to hold it for you just to be safe. Although I did that this morning and they forgot to put it on hold haha. Just finished spinning it and it sound phenomenal!

The one at the Brea Mall (Brea, CA) had about 5 or 6 in there. I just picked mine up today. $26 was a bit steep but I had a $5 off coupon since it's my birthday months so that's pretty cool.

Do they ever do both? Just the concert. It's awesome, it's a tiny little area so even if your in the back you're close. Lately they make it so if you buy the CD there you get it signed by the band afterword.

Guess I'm seeing Fall Out Boy tomorrow at Jimmy Kimmel Live. Kinda excited, but we'll see. No shows planned for the future yet though unfortunately!
