Travis, is that the last store list or will this still be rolling out to more locations?

Great news, thanks. I guess I didn't realize there've been previous reissues of this like there've been of dookie (and several at that). Travis will there be any additonal stores receiving this? Albany wasn't on the last list I saw. I hate paying shipping but I don't wanna miss the boat.

would be interested to hear from anyone who's been able to pick one up today in a store about sound quality compared to the original... considering picking this up as a play copy, but I remember people saying the sound quality of reissues of like dookie and others was not so hot so i kinda want to wait. do we think this is in real danger of selling out quick? i'm still hoping my store gets it in so i can avoid paying shipping.

apologies if this has already been stated; i've read a bunch of these pages and couldn't find it - anyone know when these will go up on HT and what that variant color will be? thanks

also doubt it'll ever happen but i'd love to see silent drive's love is worth it on wax. prob my fav evr release of all time, definitely an underrated band that never got their footing, apparently.

if they move... is the only one in my collection with a reverse-printed spine - thought it was a fuck up. cool to find out that they did the same for Alaska so it was obviously intentional. would be rad to see Lusitania printed the same way.

Is it too early to start making wagers on whether this pressing goes down as a double rarity (error press + only color variant)? I'm sorta bummed and also curious about what they'll do with stray heart. bummed bc i figure since it's on the cd version of dos, I don't see them including it on the vinyl version of tre...which means it never sees the light of day in the vinyl collection of these albums.

hey don't take it the wrong way - i used to do marketing; all i'm thinking is why wouldn't a smart company do that? it makes total sense. thanks for checking on it. i'm sure several of us are holding their breath.

there's no way this sold out already. i'm betting they "find more" soon and this was a ploy to generate hype after HT watched UNO sales bomb miserably. I wouldn't get my panties in a twist just yet...

anyone know if the vinyl release for this is still happening? just got into these guys and would be into checking it out, the new record comes out tomorrow...but I don't see them listed anywhere on paper + plastick's site.

so along with upgrading my setup soon i'm looking into killing static buildup and trying to protect my records a bit more in general. i love these MoFi "Original Master Sleeves" that a few of my LPs came with, and i'm thinking about resleeving my entire collection - but that is pricey, at least with the MoFi sleeves. has anyone tried these from bags unlimited? some of their best hard riffs since insomniac on Dos, if you ask me. the main riff in don't stop when the red lights flash is fucking sick. lazy bones is killer as well. two of their best songs in i don't know how long. i hear the influence of their other side project "the network" in here on a few songs too, especially "Ashley", not sure if anyone's mentioned that. Dos is a departure from the norm for Green Day itself, but not for the catalog they've mounted with their side projects (which are the same dudes, with one or two other guys in the mix in some cases). and as a longtime fan of them all i love this release, other than "nightlife" which i really feel like is a jumping of the shark for them to a certain extent but hey The Offspring have been making money on songs like that for fucking ever and still put out really great records (i think), save for the token few annoying "nightlife"-esque gimmick tracks they push as singles on each one. Honestly if green day pushed "nightlife" as their next single they'd probably have a hit, sad as that is to say. but i don't see them doing that the way dex & co always do. Offspring sorta got that market cornered early, and we don't need anyone else trying to write the next "pretty fly for a white guy" or that ridiculous "cruising california".

sick. i saw ernest goes to jail in theatres the year before. and that theatre doesn't even exist anymore. i feel old.

I think maybe my question was misunderstood - i'm asking if amazon is selling for $20 the same version of this LP that elusive is selling for $25. I'm assuming there aren't two different versions of this reissue, but I just wanted to sort of make sure.
