    So I suddenly remembered that this was a lot of fun while on a bus ride... And I decided to listen to the entire list of albums we did come up with after the whole voting thing.

     

    I was reading through the first page again and saw paynegretky's comment on writing up a short review on the albums.

    Also tie breakers could just go into another, shorter round of voting, where people that voted for other records can choose between the 2?

    That definitely sounds like fun, and I might actually just listen through the whole list and do a quick write-up when I've finished listening, should anyone even be interested in reading!

    Man... I was SO into this band. The antics of the frontman are really off-putting though. And like @deftbarley and @TheWindBlower mentioned, that Quiet Slang LP was just bollocks. As someone who has quite an extensive collection of the Beach Slang stuff, I couldn't even bring myself to purchase that. I was lucky enough to see them in Cologne once, and managed to talk to Ed (former bassist) after the show, and he definitely seems like a great, nice guy. Too bad he probably had enough and quit.

     

    Not too sure about this new EP.
