I won that bid.... $27. I couldn't believe it either. And I bought a black copy from someone off of here for $25 a little while back. I just need the Blue/200. I'm trying to collect all the first press variants of the record that saved my life. Anyways, if you're happy with the latest pressing, it is still available online. Run For Cover has it on their site. It's the Safety Green/3000 variant.

I'm blaming Hopeless and MerchNow. I've never had this kind of issue with a label that solely does (or focuses mainly on) vinyl. This was more of a novelty for them that they knew they could make a ton of money on. Never once have I gotten something from RFC/No Sleep/Deathwish that was seriously this screwed up. 

Update! Just got off the phone with MerchNow. Explained to them how I never got my poster and that my 7" is warped beyond belief and whoever I spoke to said they would make sure a poster and a new 7" ships out to me today. So thats pretty awesome

I think they're great. My girlfriend Recently got the Whirr/Anne and the one 7" was warped so they sent her a new one, plus a couple of LPs for free. Sure they may screw up, but a: who doesn't and b: they are quick to correct and compensate

Really like the artwork. I think I'm going to hold out on preodering until they post a song. Honestly though, I don't have much hope for this being incredible like their last 2 LPs

hmmmm. anybody can just say that shit, doesnt mean its true. ive helped them out, parker specifically, a ton in the past. got them herb in london haha. next time i see them ill catch up with parker and see if the fame really has gone to his head.

Nice!! At least the only difference between the 1200 and the 1210 is the body color. Your all set with that rubber mat, all you'll ever need.
Another good thing about these tables is how long they've been around. You can pretty much build one piece by piece with how easy parts are to come by. Good thing just incase something happens to the tone arm, spindle, motor, etc. That also means there are mods out the ass available for these to amp them up into the very high end spectrum. Like fluid damper the arm, external power supplies, removal of the extra stuff to take out any possible electronic/audible interference and many more. That stuff is all overkill to me, but some people swear by those mods. They are incredible from the factory, just pop off the platter and look underneath sometime, the entire black base is hard rubber, under the platter it's all rubber coated. You've already had to move it, all like 25 pounds of it. They are damn SOLID!!!
Seeing as yours is used and you don't know the history, which you can look up to see how old it is, ya might want to oil the spindle. KAB sells the oil, not sure on the spec but it might just be super light weight gear oil or something but I bought Technics stuff to be safe. A $5 bottle will last YEARS since it only needs a few drops once a year or so.
As you can tell I love my 1200, I went through 3 TT's before I found the right one.

That's the not hand numbered pressing, I believe. For that they did random colors. I guess that would technically be the second pressing, if you want to count the first 2000 as one pressing.

I'll be caving soon. I get paid this thursday so expect another order by then! Hahaha
