  1. Isn't most SST stuff that matters still in print, either through SST or other labels? http://store.sstsuperstore.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=E&Category_Code=Bands I mean, it's not like we're ever going to see a deluxe edition of My War or anything. That's what I mean. I already own everything that I'd want to own from the label, on cd and vinyl. But I would love Elvis Costello Rhino-style reissues of all my favorite older stuff. Demos, live stuff, b-sides, whatever.
  2. I got to see Riverboat Gamblers a bunch opening shows in Austin, they always put on a hell of a show. I'm not super into their albums, but I'd go see them again given the chance.
  3. I would buy so much reissued SST stuff, given the proper treatment.
  4. That song "wheels" from the Greatest Hits cd is completely Tom Petty.
  5. In last seasons finale he totally avenged her death when he killed Agent Stahl. Also on the subject of that finale, I can't think of another season finale of any show that I liked better. All that violence paired with the Neil Young song in the background was so well done.
  6. probably taking them to the store this weekend bump, also all PM's replied to bump
  7. Alright, these records needs to go. There is a lot of cheap stuff here, with some good stuff mixed in. Probably going to take them to Celebrated Summer if I don't get any interest here within the next couple of days. Any offers welcome, money preferred over trades right now. I do have to ask for $10 minimum though as I don't have a ton of mailers. Any questions about color / press / whatever don't hesitate to ask, I typed this up really quick. 8. Oh yeah, I had emailed months ago with a change of address but never got a reply. This should be an awesome batch!
  9. Fuck....I sure wish the ATM had been working at the Ottobar the other day so I could have picked it up. It was right there in front of me!
  10. Ugh....I'm sure I missed on the surprise. That sucks. Best live band.
  11. Didn't see a thread on this...always excited for new Hex Dispensers! http://www.razorcake.org/site/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=26024
  12. It actually was posted about a week ago! But this package is really cool so a new topic is fine as a bump. I already got mine in the mail and it's really impressive. I would recommend looking elsewhere besides Insound and Midheaven to possibly get it cheaper. Some smaller distros that you can find on Terminal Boredom definitely have it cheaper (not trying to be cryptic, I just don't remember the names of the places I saw it). I found this out after I bought it though.
  13. The bonus material is just the "greatest of all time" EP and some of the tracks from The Speed Of Cattle. Pretty disappointing, nothing I don't own already. The LP looks great though, nice package.
  14. FS: 'Bleach' LP, signed by Dave Grohl and Pat Smear.
  15. Oh yeah, and the money he was waiting to receive was always disability or workman's comp. or something like that. And if that's your only income, you should definitely be spending it all on records.
