It's really strange how ITR are keeping this release on the d/l. I'm thinking ITR is trying to downplay this release as to not take any attention away from the "Gemini" demos album or the FUZZ live album on Castle Face.

I can't win with my local ht. I'm guessing the same girl I spoke with last time just now. "Hi do you have Any Linkin Park on Vinyl?" Her "umm you mean the little cd disks or the big discs." ..me (wtf) "the big discs aka records" overhearing her talking to someone as she is walking away to check.. "I wish people would stop asking about vinyl, I never know what they're talking about". I guess I should have been more specific. I'm sure they also have linkin park vinyl pants and tops for sale...
They had the green day and blink 182 within a few weeks of release in store. Stating to think I'm just going to have to order online.

This one made me laugh out loud, haha.  I hope it all goes USPS media mail and its literally delivered out of some guy's SUV, with all the boxes just smashed into the back, haha.

Yea man, Monday around 3:30pm which felt weird. I mean most people would either A. be at work still. B. on the east coast people would be leaving or going to work. It was just an awkward time, just was extremely lucky I was working at night.

Yea man, I was literally at home on my day off when my iPhone pinged me a new message from gmail. I read it, bought it, shared the news. Never had such a hyped e-mail from Drag City before.

Heard the news when I woke up (damn jetlag !)
It was already too late, the site has already crashed.
 
Nevertheless it all seems strange to me :

So I'd like to know where from those who were lucky enough to get it heard the news ? From the newsletter ?

Anyway, there are already 3 sellers on Ebay for this record (that you might get for only $200...)
 
 
Eventhough I do like limited pressings, this is becoming crazy and benefits only to unscrupulous sellers. 
To my mind, Drag City should follow the way Castle Face reacted to this craze (same scenario for Thee oh sees' Floating coffin) : releasing more copies.... 
 
But I may be dreaming too much

How about any date in California?  That'd be pretty sweet.
