I will not listen to this until it's resting on my turntable. Every record I've been excited for over the last few years, I fall victim to leaking it or streaming it. I remember the days when I was in junior high or high school and I didn't get to listen to a new CD until it was physically in my hands. I really miss that excitement.

Wait, so if I return one of these Landmines LPs to receive the other one, am I expected to cough up the shipping? I know that it really isn't that much, but that really isn't the point.

Well I just got my order in, and I'm not sure if I'm more stoked or irritated. Don't get me wrong, I still think this was an awesome sale, but it's the fact that they packed my order with tons and tons of shredded paper that annoyed the shit out of me. It was also kind of creepy to find a dead grasshopper attached to my box, but I doubt that's on Paper and Plastick. There was an issue regarding my order though, instead of receiving a copy of both Landmines albums, I received two copies of the self titled record. Like others, also no Greenland is Melting 7". I'm not upset about the record mixup, it was a big order and it was bound to happen, I emailed about the issue.

Right? I debate just hanging prints from floor to ceiling, something like you would see in a tattoo shop but I think my apartment would lose a little class

That's my niece Lilly and I. She's the most adorable two year old ever. Also, to show how tall I am (6'6"), me and a buddy cooking dinner for a couple pretty gals at my place. Obviously, I'm the one on the left.

Ha, I probably would pass it off to you in a heartbeat, but it was given to me by my ex, so until I start hating her I'll probably keep ahold of it to remind me how much she sucks. I totally agree though, Rant is, by far, one of my favorite reads. After Snuff I just gave up on the guy.

My 7"s fit perfectly in those little cardboard boxes you can pick up for a couple of bucks at Hobby Lobby. I was super lucky to find that shelf in the middle at a DAV for $60, it also had shelves that you could fit two rows of 7"s along instead of one row of LPs; but my collection became too large for that, even though it looked pretty sweet.

I used to be a super huge fan of Palahniuk, then realized there are far far greater authors; I still have an autographed copy of Rant I got as a gift displayed in my living room that I debate tossing onto eBay.

If he hasn't already seen it, there's a really good documentary on Bukowski called "Born Into This". Also, as far as authors, he may dig William S Burroughs, Raymond Carver, or John Fante. As far as digging the Walking Dead comics, the writers also did the Marvel Zombies series which you can pick up at any comic book shop or Barnes & Noble; and they're also really really good.

Lots and lots of books; though after a long period of distaste toward the e-reader, I caved and got a Kindle that I'm in love with. I also spend way too much money on DVDs and blu rays; probably somewhere around 1500 now. I collect tattoo flash which adorn my walls.

Ordered 16 records, spent about $70 after shipping; I am far beyond pleased with this.
