"Literally" has been used in the way I think you're referring to since the 1700s. i.e in an exaggerated sense. I agree with "epic" though. Like "epic win" and bollocks like that. Thankfully I don't seem to see it so much any more. This is more "shit people write..." but why are so many people misspelling the worse "lose"? As in "I watched my team loose the game". They loosed the game? What the fuck does that mean?

Scattered Poems is very short so I'll finish that this week and I'm also reading Folk Horror Revival - Field Studies which is a huge slab of essays and interviews.
