Following on from the premiere of new track "Woman" earlier this week, City and Colour has announced his 5th studio album "If I should Go Before You. The album will be released on 9th October, with pre-orders launching Friday 24th July via cityandcolour.com. There will also be a record store exclusive variant for pre-order in September, which will also include a bonus 12" (details of which tbc). So I've been off since Saturday, unable to move much and after doing research I figured out I managed to get a Rotated Pelvis, or Pelvic Obliquity.
