They are the worst! I ordered Kaledioscope Heart by Sara Bareilles from them and it never came. Emailed them 2 months later and they said it was never in stock, they forgot to update the website. I definitely prefer the 'rock' version, the live instrumentation added a fresh energy to the whole thing that made it feel new.
