I take a lot of inspiration from that era of work and I'm tired of making music with VSTS and I'm looking into getting a sampling keyboard. So my question is do you know what keyboard he used for that era or his entire setup for that era, also if you have any suggestions that would be great! There really wasn't that much keyboard used on that album, apart from the song 'Insomnia Keys' (microKORG) or the synth bass notes (Ableton plug-ins) pretty much everything else is just processed guitar. Almost all of the album work was recorded straight into a sampler using just an Epiphone Les Paul, a looping pedal, a distortion pedal and a delay pedal. The predominent effects used are an old pitch-delay plug-in that I used to use and a lot of post-processing using tape and cassette machines.
