mameeshkamowskwoz
I only play my test presses that I don't have retail versions of. If I were ripping a record and I had a black test press and a colored retail version, I'd probably rip the test press since I've read that black vinyl has the highest audio quality... but that's probably all just racism. somethingvinyl
I do play tests and them only! Not regular pressings, though, it's too hard to get them out of the frames off the wall. smeepo, FangsAnalSatan and smailtronic
nancy_raygun
I have 2 test pressings. One that I listen to semi-regularly because I like it, the other I listen to less because I like listening to it less than the former test pressing. hzielaskowski
I do play my tests. I usually sell regular version after I get a test press. I hate doubles in collection. Tests for me are the most limited versions. But I can not imagine not playing them.
konk
Yes, because they're easier to take out of the sleeve. I should probably turn all my jackets sideways since I'm so lazy.
FangsAnalSatan
I always want to post about how I think collecting test press records is stupid. but then I remember that if one of the Fall of Troy pressings went up for a reasonable price, I'd snag it in a heartbeat. bchapstick
Do you guys get your test presses sent right from the label?
