Was told one of the records was out of stock. That's the last I heard from them. No response to my response, or shipping confirmation/ reimbursement because the full amount was taken out. I didn't include any alternatives because I was at work when I got the e-mail saying it was out of stock. But I pretty much went through the whole site and added what I wanted to my cart. I can see that they are trustworthy so I don't have a problem...I guess I wouldn't have had much of a problem if my money (including out of stock item) wasn't taken out yet..
