I used to be anti-onion too but I got on a health kick a few years back and started eating all different kinds of vegetables. It's weird, I just kind of grew to like a bunch of different stuff including onions. I have read that your taste buds get less dynamic as you get older, so maybe that has something to do with it. But my gf made me vegi-chili earlier this week and it was way better than i thought it would be. anyways yeah, chili is great with meat or fake meat.
