partysmasher
When i hear stories of the closest Ikea being 6 hours away from people i count myself lucky that i live on a tiny island. I have two within 30 mins drive, granted one of them is the Tottenham area of London so i'd be lucky to not have my car stolen while im in the store. Edit: or killed for supporting Arsenal

mcm1610
If I stayed off this board and didn't ever see Fight Club, I wouldn't know Ikea existed. I have no idea where the nearest one is because I've never met anyone with the company's furniture in their house.

mediocore
I have 3 within 30 or 40 miles. For those who don't live near one: I can't believe how out of whack their shipping rates are. That's fucking horrible.
desensitizedbyu
I have one 15 minutes away. It's pretty cool I guess.

corbet
I just went up to Ikea last week. No Expedit though... I did get a new desk! 40 minutes away. I love Ann Arbor so it was worth it.
nickz123
I used to keep my records on a bookshelf and when I slid records back to there spot the plastic sleeve would push off the record and look all sloppy. Does that happen with the expedit? Ikea also has really great wooden bins that are great for records. I have a couple and they are great. vinylme
I when I slid records back to there spot the plastic sleeve would push off the record and look all sloppy. to stop this from happening put the opening to the plastic sleeve at the top of the record then you wont have the problem of the plastic sliding back when puting it back.
