(I feel like a slacker now that I have received my gift already) I think it is from cadet applesauce I put a lot of thought into this since I didn't actually get 3 clues in the way of a list but there were hints dropped. The note sent with it said they got it at ameoba and I know that store is in California. It seemed to me to be boys handwriting. It was also sent in a fat wreck chords mailer.
